Dont forget the day and age of you being a customer..are over...you are a consumer. Thats a mental shift in how business considers you and its becoming a problem. I've always felt that corporations bloat to the point where they become dysfunctional and amoral. When they are small and local they are most effective and care about what they do.
Oh yeah. They could care less about us. They don't care about loyalty or what's right. It's all about quantity.

I was so mad at the corporation which offers alternative health treatments, some of which are phantom and expensive, but now i feel better. I'm not alone😢
I had to pause the Bic Lighters because it was distracting me from a 6-paragraph diatribe I was typing (to my poor friend) about my odyssey trying to replace my dead toaster oven in today's HELLSCAPE of modern life. Utterly and completely ridiculous. We need more Key-Holding Monument builders, they've been on the Endangered Species list for decades, they're reaching the point of extinction now.
Wouldnt it be wonderful if you could go to a solitary beach, just enjoying the sound of the sea and the wind blowing....and relaxing. Thats the best, in my opinion.🏝🌊

I've been noticing lately that hotels (3-4 stars) maids aren't always changing the pillow cases (or sanitizing the actual pillow-pillow). They are smelling like used unwashed hair and neck bacteria. The entire United States has gone downhill.
I’m 100% with you on this, so often when I purchase items, they’re broken, wrong size/color, items missing etc.. one time here in Alaska I returned an item when the replacement arrived it was a shoe box sized package on a pallet all shrink wrapped, and delivered by a local freight company, it weighed less than a pound. Aww hotels I have so many stories, once I pulled the sheets back only to find a condom!

Did you know that you can buy a blacklight flashlight? Get you one of those and carry with you when you travel. Turn that on inside your hotel room. You might discover a new species crawling around in there! You probably will not want to even step foot into a hotel room ever again after you see your room with a blacklight! Scary! @@ornyadams I disagree Orny my friend. I buy everything from dish washing soap to deodorant to toothpaste to paper towels to Kcups to carparts (airfilters etc) to Duracell batteries to dog food to ring surveillance cameras to light bulbs to tools and cooking ware on there. All are always cheaper and delivered right to your doorstep in short order. Just one less trip to the store or mall is worth it. Just watch what you buy. (nothing fragile) but even then any manufacturer who can't package their products correctly? I've never had a problem. Have a good one Bud. Great Podcast. 😁
Liked your clip about tennis ball on a stick, for cleaning. 20 plus years as a custodian in schools, kids love to make black marks on floor by scuffing there shoes on them. Yes this works very well to get the scuff marks off. They liked it so much I needed to have principle annouce to them, To stop doing that! They would do well for awhile and then revert back to this behavior. Of course I would need to have principle remind them again. Time consuming task.😂

That young lady with the driveway issues should contact the Attorney General in her state regarding the shoddy work. You're corect about the BBB but I believe if warranted their AG can pull their business license if the matrer is not resolved. Maybe even contact a state representative. One of my reps in Kentucky resolved a back tax refund issue with the IRS.
