Series Guide to 4WDing on Beach/Sand Basics to Advanced - Part 4 Water Crossings, Sand, Wombat Holes

This video we focus on water crossings, doing it via best practice like setting up recovery gear before crossing, walking the crossing before attempting and even having a person in water to direct vehicles along right track.
We discuss what you should avoid in water crossings and not just 'send it' through what maybe shortest distance but instead think carefully and smartly about situation.
Look at mud water crossings when can't see bottom, how to cross, importance of going slowly and not breaking bottom or going quickly if you feel loss of traction whilst also being prepared if you get bogged or stopped for any reason.
