It began by seeing the movie, Bohemian Rhapsody. his entire life story, including the horrendous years, has had a major effect on me, and I am old enough to have been a fan, but was too busy in college and grad school. So years later: I find this magic.

Holy Jesus, Freddie really was the GOAT. The power, range and natural vibrato is god like. I've never heard anyone sing like this.. Steven Tyler has incredible range but isn't this dynamic, Adam Lambert has more range but loses steam on the lower end, couple of the 80s guys like Bach and Geoff Tate are great but they slowly lost their touch over time... Freddie got better and better until about a year before his death
