Thank you so much for all the time and effort you put into every presentation, Elder Tanner. After studying Jeremiah this week in Come Follow and, I believe you were prepared before this earthly life to learn and more importantly, to impart your vast knowledge to others. Thank you, thank you for sharing your gifts with us.
I live in Massachusetts and look forward every week to the BYU family history library webinars. They help me so much!

I enjoyed this video. I am in the middle of a Do-Over system because I have way to many duplicates in paper and on the computer. I am to the point of sorting my documents and scanning so I am so happy I watched this, as I have had so many systems over the past 40 years.

I feel like we are always in a trap of changing from one system to the next. So much better to watch a skilled genealogist give tips before you attempt your own ideas. For instance, the way we date our information. Putting the year first, right from the start, saves us from so many do-overs!

I appreciated the detailed explanations of the various aspects. That took much thought and preparation. Thankyou.

I felt this was too long and tedious to get to the point of organization of piles.

Agreed!! I don't want to be an archivist....just want to get the papers put away.

EASILY could cut to the last 10 minutes of this video to get the "meat".
