Onion Valley Road Day 1 "The Hardest Climb to cycle in California. 10 days 10 hardest climbs

So we decided to take on the top 10 climbs in California in 10 straight days. So lets do it. #1 Onion Valley rd. Located in Eastern Sierra Nevadas. Onion Valley Road is considered to be the hardest climb in California. (look at PJammcycling for great info on this ride. Why in the area you also can do OTHER climbs all within 20 miles of this one. So spend a few days and hit up the top 5 in California all right here.
for your stay there are a couple camp grounds as well as a few hotels right in Lone Pine which is down the HWy 395. There are also a few camping sites in the area as well that you can stay at for 14 dollars a night
For parking there is street parking right on the street that your car will be safe.
