cumin - 1 tsp
hing/asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
curry leaves - 1 string
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
green chilli - 2, chopped
onion - 1 medium sized , chopped
tomato - 3 medium sized, chopped
red chilli pdr - 1 tsp
coriander pdr - 1 tsp
garam masala - 1 tsp
salt - to taste
coriander - handful
