Where does it make sense to cause chaos in your own country because leaders half way around the world chose to cause chaos in their's?.. The Israeli palestinian conflict didn't just begin, it has been going on for centuries. It's probably one of the longest lasting feuds in history. The way you hold your politicians accountable is by choosing your vote wisely and educating yourself on those you vote for...
They are causing chaos as you put it because those universities have investments in Israel. It's actually very cowardly to not call out Israel. Kids are proving they got more sense than most adults in this country. Why do we send them billions a year?? Why do we pay for their free healthcare when we don't even have that here for us???
Surely you know that the US is not only sanctioning this genocide but paying for it with our taxes? That the US government is controlled by AIPAC money? That Israel has kept Palestine under apartheid and attack for 75 years while tge US has given 330 million dollars over that time, while Israel has free healthcare and education?
Because the leaders here are using our tax dollars to pay for what’s happening across the world. And both parties send that money, unfortunately

Thousands of us marched through Belfast today to support the suffering people of Gaza. To call for a ceasefire and to end the occupation. The march gets bigger every week and more and more people wake up to the truth of the horror they are facing. A couple of young people carried a tent with a sign on it saying, 'Thank you students of America'. Bless them for their courage, integrity and Humanity.
So what do you hope to achieve with that? Do you think the Palestinians will care or benefit from what some student halfway across the world thinks?
