Great video Simon. Could you please do a video on live reloading of Angular ionic/capacitor application on android.? Struggling with it . 'ionic capacitor run android -l --external' command isn't working for me
Hi, Simon I absolutely love your tutorials. I come from a background of angular but I'm facing an issue that I have no explanation for. Ever since AngularFire v7 I have been having change detection issues when using *ngif | async once the data is loaded the view does not update if I slightly resize the window it renders so I'm not sure what the issue might be its especially worse if getting data via a switch map. I have tried changing the change detection strategy as well as manually checking for changes but it does not fix the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
I feel like I saw that problem as well, but in my latests tests where I assigned the value inside the subscribe block everything seemed to work fine. It might have been a problem of a specific AngularFire or Firebase SDK version if I remember correctly!
This answered so many questions I’ve had with routing. Thanks for going through each scenario, it was extremely helpful
Really happy to help!
I did not know about the state extra ...thanks for sharing... 😎
