I practiced “new age” in my early 20’s, it caused a lot of disturbance in my life and I had to be delivered. When practicing I stopped going to mass and attending the sacraments. It made me very proud and self-indulgent. It’s an easy trap for young people to fall into as it’s never talked about, if I had the proper education I think I’d never have fallen prey to it. What I found is much deliverance and healing came after I started praying the daily rosary. Mary actually appeared to me in a dream encouraging me to keep praying the rosary for protection and deliverance.

For anybody who doesn't full believe what Carol was saying about yoga, it's true. I too was a teacher of yoga in the 80's and 90's and sadly much much more in the New Age movement all while thinking I'm a Christian. Anyway the demons absolutley come thru yoga, reiki, rebirthing, all the symbols, statues, books, tarot cards etc.. and to say the least all things shamanic as I can attest to first hand. I could write a very large book about it unfortunately but at least now we know. Renounce all that is not of Jesus and get it out of your life. Bravo Carol for breaking free.
