Another great find! It’s definitely a $10K+ in this market with some minimal work. How you discovered this one and your previous purchase is extraordinary.
looks great, and it might have been addressed already given the other mods, but i would consider checking the oil pump nut if you are going to track the car heavily.
Love it, Han! I have a one owner 99 323i Alpine White, automatic, only 73k on it when bought but now 117k. Always been babied and stock. You keep me inspired to keep it and keep loving it. Thank you brother!!
I just paid $400 for a 2005 BMW 330xi with 198k miles on it. Car wouldn't move because of the rear wheels being locked up. Emergency brakes were locked and coolant leak. Fixed both, drives smooth. Then I noticed smoke coming from engine now I'm just waiting for valve cover gaskets. Easy car to work up top
oh man, what a find. i just found one too in kobe, but dude wants 2.1million yen, about 17grand. but it is in pristine condition though, with only 110k kilometers. but my neighbour across the river from me, this old dude (like damn near everybody in japan) is gonna give me his 2000 330xi with 180k kilos on the clock. that too is in pristene condition. its left hand drive, so im gonna keep it til its eligible for export to the US in two years. that way i can have a car in america when I go back for a few months starting next year.
@@HansGarage Thanks for that. I'm surprised their mechs didn't assess the car better beforehand. You got a STEAL... I can't find anything in decent condition in BK, Queens, or NJ for the same price on FB marketplace. Got any connects or communities? Looking to join the E46 fam
I just picked one up too. 2004 330xi with 130k miles manual transmission for $3,000 which was a steal. I also want to talk to the previous owner. Im currently recording the process

This was a great purchase, really excited to see more of it 👍
Leave some E46’s for the rest of us! Been looking for one as a drift car but they’re all 300k miles and rusted out up here in the Midwest.
Lololol I'll keep an eye on one for yall

Actually here in europe Slovenia u got em a lot.
how did you check the rear subframe has been reinforced? is it visible without taking off the whole frame?
Yeah. You can see the welded plates and bushings are exposed. Mine were welded and swapped with polyurethane bushings
