Well this video made me sub. I was brought up sort of Chrisitan but decided I was aethiest by the time I was 18 and regarded myself as a pagan..losely. Im 70% Irish and Scottish so I think I can claim being Celtic. I now live in central France and Im sure the cats meow differently here! In the Winter, the crows come closer to the village, they love the two walnut trees in the garden. I sit outside with a stray cat for an hour each day to cheer him up and a crow or two will sit in the tree nearby and they warble and make clicking noises, so I warbled and clicked back today and I think we ended up in a bit of chat..it was SO brilliant. Yes we keep the spindly spiders in the house, they keep the other bugs down. Big wolf spiders though get the plastic cup and get thrown outside. Good stuff, keep teaching!
Thank you very much! I'm glad that you enjoyed the video! I would think you could claim Celtic for sure. 70% is pretty high. Sounds like you have some great furry and feathery friends! It's nice isn't it! I agree with the Wolf spiders. I'm not actually brave enough to get that close with a cup, but my cat pretty much eats them when he finds them so I told them if they come in the house, they probably won't make it back out. So, they were warned to stay outside. I tell the critters in the yard which ones are allowed in and which one aren't just so we are all in the same page. Lol
Your channel popped up, subscribed! It's so refreshing to find someone with a similar outlook! I'm known locally as the "crow lady"! I talk to birds/animals/ insects the same way, especially my local crows! Blessings of health, joy & peace to you dear brother!
Thank you! And blessings to you too! In the future I've got a lot more druid videos coming and stuff like that, so keep an eye out! I'm glad you enjoy my channel! Thank you for your support :)
Outstanding! We need more people to help re-establish the connection between nature and humanity. We try so hard to to pretend we aren't a part of nature. And that I believe is the problem. Thank you for your support! /|\
I have always considered myself more shamanic than druidic, talking to trees and consorting with corvids as I do, and spiders -- whom I call my Little Sisters -- are welcome anywhere, although I do wish they'd learn to clean up their own webs. I wonder, now, if the two terms are simply different words for the same thing. Time to explore some etymologies... On the other hand, the only other Druids I know are all religious and ceremonial practitioners, and that's how I based my so-far entire knowledge of druidry. Obviously, I still have an education ahead of me. Merry Meet!
That's awesome! I would look into the 2 Druid Schools I mentioned in the video. They have enough background if you wanted it to be a religion but that isn't their focus. But just provide the tools, meditations, thought process, and leave it to you to decide how best it suits you. I'm actually a Christic-Druid and the Druid philosophy ties in with it just fine! They do have some shamanic training and exercise thought so there's literally something for everyone.
All things on the macro have consciousness and will speak if they are willing and if you're willing to listen. Thank you for sharing...
Thank You Onen!!🙂🙏
You're welcome 😊

A jar & square of shirt cardboard makes for easy catch & release. Not only for spiders but any creature you don't want in your house. Try it.
Thanks for the tip!
