After all this time, I now believe that Ron feeding Fez's paranoia for all those years, as he does here, only made Fez get worse and worse. He didn't just tolerate fez's craziness, he often encouraged and stoked it. What a great friend.
Going somewhere he was miserable and anxious to talk publicly about how private and anxious he was made him get worse and worse. No matter what Fez felt Ron wasn't his doctor and the show wasn't his therapy. Listen to the shows where Ron gets seriously mad, calming Fez down never worked, getting him to stop bringing up his anxieties was impossible, and he never really engaged with the show until his craziness was center stage. Other than ending the show there was nothing Ron could have done.
Honestly, he pretty much ruined Earl too. He knew Earl would never be anything but respectful to him and he used that to systematically destroy his dignity until he was nothing but an empty husk of a broken down man.
@@jennpenn5if Ron really cared about fez or earl he would have had them fired for being incompetent instead of being “a good guy” by letting them have a job but in return literally destroying them mentally.
Heheh Ron accepts Dave's invite and Dave says he needs to get more meat. If Ron thought like Fez he could consider that a fat joke. "We all know how to start playing the victim immediately." That was the most honest thing I've ever heard Fez say.
I keep hearing Ron in tears saying "Fez if i could go back and do things differently i would" Gaslighting is probably a bit heavy of a term but bits like this where Ron leans into Fez's delusions, while hilarious, in hindsight was proooobably definitely not beneficial for his mental health
then he should have left the show. its Ron's job to make the show funny that's hard to do when you have someone like fez being offended and upset everyday over nothing.
Is that really what Ron said after the fact? That’s really dumb, Fez should have isolated himself and hid on the internet much sooner. Just like so many other mentally I’ll people
@@youtubebannedme4207 Then Ron should not have pretended to be Fez's friend and that he actually cared about him when clearly the show was more important than his supposed "friend's" mental health and well-being. And as for making a funny show, do you really think Ron gives a crap abut that? When Fez finally left he could have hired a real co-host and revamped the show but instead he engaged in blatant nepotism and went on auto-pilot, letting his talentless daughter ruin his comedic legacy while he sits back on his fat ass collecting checks and waiting to die. Ron doesn't care about entertaining anyone, he just wants to sit around shooting the shit and get paid for it regardless of what kind of content he puts out there. Fez gave him the best material of his career and he was too much of a dumb rube to appreciate it.
towards the end, everything was viewed as a plot to do something to him, like people were so intent on "getting" him. people wanted to see him pee, watch him eat, or just degrade him. poor crazy old queen

Ya think... Honestly ESD was being really nice, but Fez despite how much we love him... IS A FUCKING LUNATIC... as we say in the mental health professions
Fez really felt that way but no one else did that’s for sure. Fez is shooting like the psycho he is, Dave is an idiot that did mean well and Ron is working it for a bit

he IS the puppetmaster

ronnie's a master instigator
I can’t get enough of East Side. 🤣
I think Ron handled the invitation the best
Fez’s entire life was a work. Enraging to listen to but I can’t stop.
Haf so many fooled. It's so well done, yet so obvious in hindsight, especially when you factor in his love of wrestling in.
The only time I've heard someone get mad at somebody for inviting them over
You must not talk to many women.... This is classic female behavior lol. Not trying to throw shade at you
One of the reasons Fez could think this is because he's so self centred he hasn't noticed anything about Dave's personality.
Heheh Ron accepts Dave's invite and Dave says he needs to get more meat. If Ron thought like Fez he could consider that a fat joke. "We all know how to start playing the victim immediately." That was the most honest thing I've ever heard Fez say.
Fez was absolutely correct about Casey, btw.
Right about what? Btw what lead up to this?
Sweetness
Dave and Casey got divorced, allegedly she began to dislike Ron and Fez towards the end of the marriage and afterwards.
that and she cheated on Dave. Which i find hilarious in and of itself.
I'm sure she disliked Fez at the beginning, middle and end of the marriage. I would have.
a broken clock is right twice a day
Dave's favorite saying "I was sober as a clam."
“Are clams sober? Or drunk?”
and happy as a judge.
I dig some clam.
I keep hearing Ron in tears saying "Fez if i could go back and do things differently i would"

Fez wasn't a victim
I don't think he was talking about bits like this when he said that.
Fez is Kobayashi Maru from Star Trek. He is a no-win scenario. No matter what you do with him it will ALWAYS be the wrong thing.
Perfect fucking analogy... You sir win a cookie
chris altobelli ookie cookie
Fez Whatley was a god amongst mortals.
@@JB-ts9ut *odd
Fez knew what Casey was all about from jump.
Fez didn't ever know shit. Never did.
@20:33 "we all know how to start playing the victim immediately." - Fez
Gee, Fez, DO YA?! Fawkin yank.
fez is a hard guy to invite to something
apparently he hates the word cordially
towards the end, everything was viewed as a plot to do something to him, like people were so intent on "getting" him. people wanted to see him pee, watch him eat, or just degrade him. poor crazy old queen
You're all invited to my all you can eat bbq, it was last night.
He was a hard guy to have any friendship with.
Holy shit on my t shirt Ronnie B can throw the shit smack down.
Why are all of these callers acting like it would be a good idea to rent a car for a day to eat shitty hot dogs and chicken with four other people?
Because Fez has no social life?
Because Fez is rich.
3 hours from the city on a beach weekend in South Jersey. Yuck.
Fez was never really crazy about most things. He was so right about Casey all along.
Yeah but instead of airing those grievances, he made it about himself and acting all jealous cause Dave couldn’t hang out with him anymore
I mean its dave. I'd be asking questions to if someone wanted to be married or have children with dave. this is the guy who molests dogs and ate his own shit
Dave talks about a daily 4 hour route as though its just a quick trip to the store.
Fez is such a creep .
As opposed to Dave's wife, who fucked the guy who played the drums at their wedding?
@@TheOrlandoTrustfull They can both be creeps.
I'm with Ron and Fez, getting out there on a weekend is a pain
Fez reminds me of roid rage stories where people taking TREN perceived everything as a slight and thinking people were conspiring behind their back
fez did an opie here with the open invite
Fez cries about what Casey tweeted, yet does exactly what she predicted. Why give her the satisfaction?
They all thought this text was a jab at Fez but why? Something happened to make Ron and Hicks to back Fez up on this?
Sweetness no they all thought it would upset Fez, not that it was a jab. Plus Ron being the puppet master and stirring the pot
I think Ron is just egging on Fez.
Ya think... Honestly ESD was being really nice, but Fez despite how much we love him... IS A FUCKING LUNATIC... as we say in the mental health professions
This is great ! Dave is at his best when annoying that terrible creep Fez..
Whineburger and French Cries for Whatley.
Jason McCullough wamburger there, buddyssss
a hommeburger
Some TEARmisu 😢 for dessert.
Fez cry was the most pathetic thing ever
FEZ IS FUCKING NUTS😢😮😂
Is this a shoot or a work?
It's a worked shoot i believe.
Fez really felt that way but no one else did that’s for sure. Fez is shooting like the psycho he is, Dave is an idiot that did mean well and Ron is working it for a bit
Today is the day. Move the furniture back.
Just because you're paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get you.
Is this even real it just seems like a bit
and in the end, Fez was right. Casey was the villain.
I mean Fezzie was right about Dave...
Fezzie was always right. Truth is a hard pill to swallow.
Fez genuinely became a bad person
Dave knew Fez wouldn't come. Fez was way over the top on this but knowing Dave's tactics to get MIC time I'm with Team Whatley.
I don’t understand this coddling of Fez after his death. This guy should have offed himself on air for the entertainment value
Something or the other about not speaking Ill of the dead.
Fez was a legend and you idiots who never appreciated him while he was alive should be forced to listen to Bennington on an endless loop in hell until Gail's annoying voice splits your skull like a saw blade.

Because it was a work
