I mean, come on folks...people talk about Spain like they've been in the wilderness for years. This is a team that was a semifinalist in the last Euros (where they lost in Italy in PKs) and won the latest edition of the Nations League. Yes, they went out on PKs to Morocco during the Qatar WC but compare them to Italy who haven't even been to a World Cup since Obama was president.

These analyst are the most bipolar when it comes to giving spain credit. One day Spain sucks, the other day Spain is dangerous could win the Euros! 😂

People who only talk about Lamine Yamal, it seems to me that they didn't see the game, people forget that Nico Williams is the third player who dribbles the most in all of Europe, Fabián Ruiz was the best in the game, and everyone together literally They are one of the best teams in the entire Euro Cup.

Croatia played decent just the attack struggled to put the ball in the net

@@abody499 There is a kid, just 18 years old, Anton Matkovic, that have a huge potential as a centre forward. The next year will be crucial for him and if he fail then Croatia can cry for Suker, Boksic, Mandzukic again. :P

End of an era for Croatia?
Defence for 2 of those goals was poor and the attack botched a couple of tap ins.

    • @ulical
      @ulical 3 месяца назад

What tap-ins? I didn't see any tap-ins for either team. And none of Spain's goals were gimmes, I mean Morata had to run a long way and then finish accurately and Fabian's goal was purely due to his skill negotiating a crowded goalbix.

@@ulical I was referring to Croatia. That failed penalty shouldn't have gotten to that stage, Petkovic flopped and paid the price. There was a chance in the first half that the striker Budimir, I think, missed from close range. That chance that Cucurella stopped etc.

The Spanish team easily defeated a Croatia team that, led by the Merengue midfielder, was severely lacking in aim.
It is highly recommended and a MUST for Real Madrid management, board of directors, coaching staff, people working in their club who are involved on the transfer-market to permanently sell who are currently out on loan to play for another football club, do not offer a loan with buy back clause or with a number or percentage rights, recall or return players that are currently on-loan by another football club to play for Real Madrid, ageing ((28) years old and above), inconsistent (due to limited playing time, never have played and always on the bench, poor defensively, not performing well) regardless of age, injury prone, those who are not comfortable playing in different position, that MUST happen on or before July 2027. We are referring to Modric, Kroos, José Ignacio Fernández Iglesias "Nacho", José Luis Mato Sanmartín "Joselu", Vasquez, Daniel Carvajal Ramos "Dani Carvajal", Courtois, Alaba, Rudiger, Arrizabalaga, Mendy, Daniel Ceballos Fernández "Dani Ceballos" Jesús Vallejo Lázaro "Jesus Vallejo", Francisco José García Torres "Fran Garcia", Diaz, Juan Miguel Latasa Fernández "Juanmi Latasa", Reinier Jesus Carvalho "Reinier", Rafael Marín Zamora "Rafa Marin", Nicolás "Nico" Paz Martínez, & Guler.
Once they get sold these are the players should be sign based on their positions on or before July 2027.
Right Back: Jesus Fortea, Malo Gusto
Left Back: Alphonso Davies, Miguel Gutierrez
Centre Back: William Saliba, Leny Yoro, Dean Huijsen
Centre or Attacking Midfield: Florian Wirtz, Franco Mastantuono
Lastly Real Madrid must never offer a contract to these players for a RIGHT BACK position, that are inconsistent regardless of age, poor defensively, has disadvantage of height and strength (lacks muscles), proven already that unable to stop wingers/strikers in different leagues, injury-prone, has beyond 60 million euro's transfer-market value, and ageing 27 years old and above, and turning 27 years old and above on year 2027. We are referring to Darmian, Walker, Trippier, Di Lorenzo, Cancelo, Dumfries, Calabria, White, Mazraoui, Wan-Bissaka, Alexander-Arnold, Hakimi, Tomiyasu, Royal, Dalot, Porro, James, Boey, Frimpong, Couto, Livramento, Terracciano, Bradley, Sanchez, Lewis, Fresneda, Gray, & Lima.

It was notable that the Madridista canteranos were key in providing the defensive balance and experience for Spain to build on, as well as the ruthless centre forward putting his chance away and getting them in front.
But we won't focus too much on the fact that the Castilla graduates are key while we can all "get excited" about those from the north east.

"Lamine Yamal was Barcelona's best attacking player this season"
Riiiight. Maybe if "this season" meant only the 2nd half of the season. Which would still be debatable because Lewandowski was very good since the turn of the year with standout 3 goal contribution performances vs Valencia and Atletico, the 1st leg vs PSG, both legs vs Napoli in which he scored, etc.
Meanwhile Yamal had a measly and pathetic 0 goals and 1 assist in La Liga up until late December. Which means he went the entire 1st half of the season with basically ZERO goal contributions. But leave it to Ale MORONO and other know-nothing casuals to say Yamal was the best attacker. Just shows the double standards and biases people have. They can't think straight and don't know the sport very well. If any other starting attacker gives you 0 goals and 1 assist in half a season...He would be crucified and clowned into a meme. It's as bad of a return as it gets. But that's why these people don't have a clue what they're talking about. They see a few nice touches and fancy dribbles (which mostly led to dispossessions or nothing at all) and they mistake this for a "great player" even though the the guy literally had ZERO end product for an entire half of the season.
In Yamal's defense he really picked things up after late December and started to add goals and assists. And he is only 16 after all. But regardless, you can't just ignore an entire first half of the season and claim this guy was the best attacker.
Yamal 5g +5a in La Liga
    Lewandowski 19g + 8a in La Liga
Lewandowski had almost 4 times the amount of goals than Yamal, and nearly double the assists....Despite Yamal supposedly being the "creator" and Lewy supposedly "offering nothing unless he scores". The agenda is real.
