OMG Taeyeon's and Jessica's vocal synchronization and harmony is just so beautiful, I cry everytime I remember I will never get to listen to it again :'(

I think, TTS was suppose to be TTJ had something to do with it. SM hinted at TTJ several times. Some being their ‘My Oh My’ MV, near the end TTJ is strongly teased. And hinted in ‘Visual Dreams’. Musically, Sica would’ve fit TTS concept more than Seo. I think Sica declined TTJ to focus on her brand so maybe she was swapped for Seo. Maybe that’s when The other girls started to feel Sica was putting her brand over the group. Or at least one reason.

The story of "Heartbreak Hotel" was continued in a much more hopeful way thanks to "Fly." Meanwhile, Jessica's lyrics have stronger purpose now that we have Tiffany's, to show that there is indeed a rock bottom to rise from. Then there's "Why," which to me is the perfect song for tying the other two together, for highlighting the actual process of moving on and the challenges on the way. Moving on takes work, and simply having hope is not like having a roadmap to paradise. Individually, these songs were already pretty darned powerful, but with all three, we have the dark past, the bright future, and also the struggle in between. I can see some other great interpretations coming from this too, such as it being a postmortem love song or someone telling their past love to move on from them or some combination thereof. No matter what, this mashup will be one of all-time favorites of these solos. Kudos to you, man! Thanks for the masterpiece.
