Dear Sarah, I’m a big fan of your sister and I’m so very glad she convinced you to show off your work on RUclips as I love seeing what you create. Your Christmas journal is possibly one of the most beautiful journals I’ve seen - such an inspiration!
I’ve just started watching this video from Melanie and couldn’t resist sending you a message asking for you to consider making a tutorial on how to make this gorgeous little basket. It looks like a fun project.
Can’t wait to keep watching and see what you’ve stitched for Melanie. I’m sure it will be stunning!
      Love from Melbourne,
      Rafaela x

How wonderful. Can’t wait to see your finished piece.
FYI. I teased you about your miniature sets you made. I thought of you today cause I was painting my daughters mini playhouse her dad made for her when she was 4, she’s now41.The playhouse is now finished with a new fresh coat of paint, furniture cleaned, and now to make curtains,a rug, and bedspread, it will be ready for June when my granddaughter comes and plays with it. Another FYI, I’m making some kimono spring jackets just for me.
    Love love your videos.
    Louise

It’s all delightful, but why is your camera so busy looking at all the clutter on your desk? (sigh) My eyes are old. Jeez. I’m disappointed I couldn’t get a closer look. 😞 Why?

I agree with shadow box idea. Showcase each one in its own frame. They're gorgeous!
I'm working on crewel embroidery lately. And 6 lap quilts....

Absolutely enjoy your videos, you are so talented . I do like try something new occasionally and I have learned a lot watching you. Paper is my favorite and journals. My mother is ill and a busy hands journal was what I needed, along with documenting her last months in a beautiful Composition notebook journal with flowers and things that make me smile. As I type we are in the final days and keeping my hands busy with these journals has kelp me from being a blubbering fool in the corner. Looking forward to many more videos. Thank you and God Bless.

Oh Melanie, I cannot help but think FRAME THEM, every time I see you show one of these slow stitch collaboration pieces. I know you’re wondering how to display them in your craft room, and I think you can find matching frames at Ikea or another homewares store that will complement them beautifully and bring you joy every time you look at them.
I’m looking forward to seeing how you decide to honour the work of these talented women. I completely agree with you that they need to be displayed for many reasons - their beauty is an obvious one, but there’s also a reminder of women from different parts of the globe who share your same interests, who have been generously spending their time making something special just for you and putting the love for their craft into every little stitch made. Women whom you’ve never personally met, but who connected with you through a common passion and who carefully sent you not only their work, but put together a thoughtful package of precious other items just because they wished to delight you. Perhaps you’ll meet some of them someday, perhaps you will become friends... Who knows?!... One thing is clear; they are an inspiration and I’m sure you’ll feel nothing but wonderful things every time you see these displayed.
P.S.: i really enjoyed watching all of these, but I’m really missing watching you work with paper.
