Well that may be true but if that were the case, he would have the courtesy of excusing himself out of the stadium to go to the staircase area or near the toilets or something. And politely inform the girl that he has to take the call elsewhere. That's something that people would normally do. Since the stadium is filled with people cheering and screaming, it will be too loud especially if it's for an important phone call.
