I have one doubt... For the qualitative analysis we are using different solvents.. after lyophilization whether we have to dilute it with same solvent or just dilute with distilled water

U can't dilute the organic solvent extracts with water, it forms two later. It's better to dissolve in same/ mother solvent (in lower concentrations)
