Front steer. I have the bottom steer rack. It’s working nice so far. Just flipped it to top steer. I also have 8” to play with between my arms. Thanks for sharing this video.
Looking good!...you'll probably have to add a access hole in your lower rectangle tube for your grease fitting. I had to do it on mine, I'll send you some pictures.
@thebinderbuilder yes sir, I am.really enjoying your videos. At this point, the only component I have for my build is a decent donor '67 Bug from a buddy of mine.
Lesson learned and it all worked out in the long run.
I do appreciate you taking the time to go over all the details.
Thanks Gary... the story continues in a couple weeks...but yeah, I'm learning alot. Wish me luck!
@@thebinderbuilder you got this buddy!
Front steer. Keep doing what you're doing Damian! Seems more of us enjoy the in depth explanations of your vids than those that dont.
Thanks Tim! Will do.

Lucky bum! If I had that much room, this rack would have worked. Regardless, onward!
We use those racks on beam cars because you want the longest tie rods you can with the steering in the center off the beam to reduce bump steer.
That rack did seem to be very heavy duty. I was kinda bummed it didn't work out!
Thanks for watching!

Yeah, you're probably right, I got the biggest rack I could fit in there. With any luck it'll hold up! Thanks D
Front steer. Still binging, Damian!

Holy smoke Dude! Building a car is difficult! I got lost about 5 episodes ago. Or was it 4. I!ve never been good at math.
For me, its a pleasant distraction and escape from the daily grind. It all works out.
