What is the objective standard to know if an election has been “lawfully run”? What is the checklist of items that, if checked off, would validate the election results?
Well for one it being certified by both the local and state election commissions and the Secretary is a start and then if you bring it court and they reject every single one of your arguments
Every state has different laws and multiple checks and balances. If you have questions about your state, contact the state election bureau. In my state they bend over backwards to answer questions and educate the public.
