This is helpful! But what if we don't have the the square too due to me having Sony Vegas 11?
When I go to the event/pan crop section there is not a mask option like it is on yours or a square to select where to add the mask as well.

What version of vegas are you using?
I have to use SVP 11 because any higher which I try and use I can't open the properties tab, it only opens on svp11, i tried deleting cache and re-installing and everything else works but the properties tab
I think it's only available on 13 and up
Thanks for the reply, I guess my only solution is to use svp 11 for certain effects (because I can open properties) and svp 14 for others, subbed to the channel, great vids man

HELP! Sorry to bother but wenever I open Event Pan the circle or the square doesn't appear at ANY time, how can I make them to appear?
Okay so you need click on the mask box in the bottom right...
Flux-vortex I do click mask, but the square and the circle doesn't appear. It's the same, do I need to change something? Or set something?

I am trying this on a Call of Duty edit and I can not get it to look right even though I am doing the edit just like the tutorial.

Is there a way to make the glitch clip and the raw clip with the same cc? Only the glitch clip has cc and the raw clip has no cc thats is very disgusting because i have a bright clip and my cc makes it very dark and the difference is too high
Yeah Just add same cc to both clips.
I did and they both have cc like it should be until i move the glitch clip to actually create the glitch how you showed it in the vid (at 2:23) and at this point only the glitch clip has cc and the cc of they raw clip disappears
Try removing the cc on both clips, render it out and put it back in vegas then put the cc on.

Your intro was too fast, first step wasn't clear with the crop option turn on mask for the people who dont know.

It was made for beginners, I was a beginner myself when I made the tutorial....there's gonna be mistakes so relax.
