Now here's an unexpected crossover...
The Cayenne?
How? He’s a car guy off road guys are just car guys that like the mountains and forest and desert
As one who enjoys both VinWiki, Matt's OffRoad, Bleepin Jeep, and several others! REALLY looking forward to seeing you folks!
Come out and see us this weekend!
Address/City of the event?
I love the channel. Been watching for a few years now. It would be cool to see you take the Cayenne off-road more often, you live in a great area for it. There are a lot of beautiful trails and fire roads to run. Checkout the Georgia Traverse and the Georgia waterfall loop.
Will you please make the app work with new android phones?!?!
Met you on the mountain top there in sand hallow. Glad to have met you and see how much better with the scorpion you are than Matt.
Hey , y’all might get the subscription boost this channel needs!
Hurricane Utah was settled by British people in the 1800s, and they pronounced it Hurricun. The locals still do today.
Its called a dialect
That's totally wrong... who the hell told you that?! Hahahahahaha
I bet Matt from MORR has some great stories. I hope to see him on here soon.
Between his towing/recovery business and demolition derbies I would think they would be great
This! Yes!!! Ed!!! We need Matt tell a few stories on here!!!
Hell, yeah!
the crossover i didnt see coming morr an vinwiki this gonna be good
I watched the BleepinJeep episode with you and Chris. It was a lot of fun. For beginners you guys did quite well. It was quite funny to see your head bobbing around with helmet on. I’d did realize you are that tall. You’ll do good in Sand Hollow!
More of this! Time to build an old rover into a crawler.
Great Explanation of how all this went down! Its amazing to think how many twists and turns brought us here to get these two seemingly opposite channels together!
Ed, 😮💨now you’re talking my language!
This hobby is a blast!
Windrock is an absolutely amazing offroad park that has many different trails that change in difficulty regularly.
Your impression of tennis shoes trapped in a clothes dryer in Bleepin Jeep was hilarious. Hope you had fun and were able to walk ok after a day or two recovery!
It was great to see you drive last weekend at the games, just wish I had an opportunity to chat with you in the downtime, Ed.
Hope you participate again next year!
Dang it...I'll be in Hurricane, Utah NEXT month...figures!
I’ve been doing this with my dad since I was a kid. We’ve got a Jeep CJ7 on 40’s and custom built from the frame up (owning your own welding and laser jet cutting business definitely has its perks as any park can be made as soon as you want it). Been to Windrock many times and always loved it.
LOVE that you guys got into this!
Thank you for being open minded to everything car culture and not afraid to try something new or different.
Fun stuff, it was cool seeing you guys out of your comfort zone.
Offroad adventures galor!!
You are going to be amazed when you get to Utah.
The colap I never knew I needed 👍👍
VINwiki coming in clutch with the car stories!!!
💯💪🏽💯
Sounds like you're going into it with a great attitude. I'm sure Christopher is, too. Have a great time!
I love the enthusiasm and openness to other automotive endeavor's.
We look forward to you and Christopher coming out to Utah.
Rock crawling is one of the first things that got me into cars as a kid, love listening to Ed talk about it
Sand WILL get in your shoes. Sealed pull on is advisable. Love wheeling Sand Hollow and surrounding areas.
The look on Christopher's face when said The car has nothing...
Really appreciate how well you articulated the variation in what it means to love and enjoy the automotive world
When Matt announced you were involved, I was happy.
I love MORR
I've been wheeling since the '70s and it is always fun to see newbie's reaction when exposed to the hobby. Crawling is one of those things that can not be adequately described with words. It has to be experienced first hand. It's always funny when they say, "We're going to drive over THAT?"
I’ve been wanting to see ED go rock crawling. Time to build a tall roll cage. And get Ed into some underwear changing moments
Only way off road games gets better, if cleetus participates.
Looking forward to this
Have fun guys.
@1:26 *Hurricane, not Moab
Glad that you make it happen. In fact I voted for you and Doug de Muro at the time when they where asking for suggestions
We need more car trek come on guys those where great series one of my favorite things to watch on the internet reminded me of old school Top Gear
This weekend is the Maple Grove Raceway park spring flea market. 03/16/24
That happened in Hurricane, several hours away from Moab...
If I remember the video correctly, it wasn’t in Moab. All this happened in Hurricane, not Moab. Which is about 5 hours away.
Can’t wait!
Matt looks like corn Julio sitting next to you while you was driving his jeep.
So after having a turn behind the wheel of Matt's Scorpion from @BleepingJeep do you have any desire to buy something that goes slow and explore the back roads, vs going fast on the highway? Not every adventure is as extreme as what you were doing with Matt but even mountain roads can provide a bit or an adrenaline rush. I think what the MORR @MattsOffRoadRecovery team is doing is great for the off road community as we need more people to stand up to keep the sport alive as they are shutting down trails left right and center.
Sounds very Interesting can't wait to see the videos!
I know you want it more than me but please 2 millions subs!
I can't wait to see two Georgians represent! Well... Two non off roaders represent! Love vinwiki and love Matt's off road
Ding ding Vin wiki upload
Cant wait this is going to be awesome 😎
Wow 😮 looking forward to seeing the video
I bet it was wild for the locals at Windrock to see a Lamborghini driving up to the general store. Lol
Hope you can have Matt come out to a track day.
Ed you like to overland. In that Jeep your rock crawling.
Don't let the locals hear you say hurricane, lol. they pronounce it more like "herkin".
More like hurricune
This makes me happy
I'm on autotempest almost weekly 😅 if interest rates come down I'll actually buy something
I'd love to see the vinkwiki guys do a 2.4hours of le mullets, rabbit and Chris in particular
PRACTICE...ARE WE TALKING ABOUT PRACTICE
I think it's awesome that vinwiki has finally came out too Check Matt's out welcome too the southwest Ed bolian I love your content and one day I would love too meet you
Nice
They pronounce it Hurricon Utah. I don't know why.
How to have fun driving without breaking any speed limits.
I miss Car Trek
Does this means we'll here off road stories like: then she turns to me and says, 'my water broke...'
This video has aged very well.
HeavyD on Vinwiki?
W daily upload
You would of had a killer headache if not for the helmet lol.. i feel your pain, not 6'5" but 6'2".. i be hitting my head all the time..lol .. smh
the more important question is r u gonna put together a video for it I think u should
5:44 was never a jeep *grand* cherokee... the scorpion was/is a jeep cherokee xj (not grand!)
morning
Hurrican, not Hurricane.
I hate to say it but i learned about this channel from car wizard and then immediately unfollowed car wizard afterwards. Car wizard is such a boring, monotone person and these guys are all so entertaining its kinda crazy they are buddies with him lol
I need some off road garbage...
Hurricane is pronounced hurri-cun not hurricane. Its a utah thing dont ask questions just enjoy the fry sauce.
You need to learn how to pronounce "Hurricane" the way they do in Utah. Especially before you go there.
Cherokee not grand cherokee 2 completely different starting platforms
Can anyone definitively say what sway does? Everything that’s been published is basically vaporware and so vague it’s beyond useless
Swae* they do technology investments, mainly robotics.
"the best possible stewards of your attention"
i call bullshit theres plenty of misleading clickbait titles and vapid oxygen theives as story tellers that make that difficult to beleive
Love the decent content you do and the good people you have on, but there as been less and less of those as the years go on
Your CarTrek copresenters are terrible with women, methinks. Tyler's with another golddigger, and Freddy's in a post-divorce depression hole. I hope things change for the better for them
I love n southwest virginia n the mountains and my first car was a 86 944 porsche and it did great n the mud and offroad.. of course it didnt have any ground clearance but as long as it didnt get bottomed out it keep going.. i loved that car
