Reuben Chng actually I am using midi hardware ESI M8U, and all my synths are connected this midi interface. And midi interface connected to my Mac. So can I use without Bluetooth. I mean CME xkey with cable... is it possible to control it with this combination?
you BARELY covered Aftertouch and did NOT cover "POLYPHONIC Aftertouch" at all!... That's about the biggest value for even getting that specific tool. What are you doing?

You can only use it with a computer. It connects via a USB, so sadly no MIDI support for hardware synths
