My recommendations
Tribit stormbox micro 2 - $60 - 8/10 -
A really great sounding speaker at an affordable price and also very compact. Perfect for biking or the beach.
In addition, an application with an equalizer and a battery indicator is available
Soundcore Motion 300 - $80 - 7/10 -
Great sounding speaker with a nice customizable EQ and an adaptive EQ that changes the sound depending on position. But it can distort sometimes
JBL Partybox Encore - $300-330 - 9/10 -
A good loudspeaker with deep bass for a party. It has an equalizer app and has bass boost options that make it even better
will enhance the party. Additionally, there are 2 microphones in the box (USA) and 1 microphone in the EU. I even prefer the encore to the boombox 3. New models have now better battery.

Yes, it is. I own the X20 & all I can say is that you can’t or won’t find a better sounding loud speaker in its price & size category.
I purchased mine on Amazon in US at $224.99 while the full retail price is $319.99. If you’re on the fence about getting it, trust me, you won’t regret it. Just stay away from the bass boost. It muddies up the mids & highs.
This is the EQ setting that I use with the 10 band EQ while listening to rock music at 50 - 100% volume outdoors.

Boom 2 plus sounds much better if hear all kinds of music easy with good eq settings. Coz maybe 80s on x20 always to much bass plays bass where no bass is !! Like bb3. Sounds at 40-50 % vol. is more easy listening on soundcore. Wking like jbl bass always to present and tweeter to harsh but if u like buy it😂😂
The bass is better on the x20 because of the racetrack subwoofer and silk tweeters for better clarity on output. It's a heavier speaker, but sounds phenomenal over the Boom 2 plus on mids and vocals. However, I chose the boom 2 Plus because of that low bass for my reggae listening pleasure! Got a blue B2+ coming in blue!!😁

i cant believe this but i have a muqi mq14 and it destroyed my boom2 plus in deep bass i maxed out the eq in boom2 plus couldn’t be saved the boom 2 plus got absolutely mogged comparing it to wking x20 i dont think i need to watch this video 😂 i am already hurt enough🥲💔
The W-king sounds like a bigger speaker. Looks like the boom 2 plus could fit inside it if it didn’t have a handle. Bigger is better, W-king wins easily
X20 wins here. You playing x20 in bass mode on, turn it off then the mids and highs are greatly increase. Therefore the bass on x20 are still stable there just adjust the eq presets. The boom 2 plus is good speaker too. The only thing on that unit is bass are not good at max volume in bass mode on. X20 is overkill the boom 2 plus.
Soundcore is not sound bad at all, actually is really good, but not for 249$, maybe around or under 170-180$.

My X20 does not distort even when BASS On and EQ low frequencies set to max. Did you perform firmware update?

@@DominikReviewsi've also tried playing Explorers by Joe Lyons based on your loudness test but still does not distort. I'll also try some more bass heavy musics in future

hello i have a question i can’t really explain well but if a speaker is playing music frequencies on drivers instead of tweeter does that make it have less deep bass? and does it distort more easily because of it?
Yes, also bass starts to modulate treble so it sounds ugly
@@DominikReviews i hope they fix this issue because i covered the tweeters on my boom 2 plus and i noticed the sound was barely effected but when i covered the drivers the sound was completely muffled and reduced
Nesse comparativo a Anker surpreendeu, visto que nem a Bombox 3 chega no volume dessa Wking.
Anker is loud but not really a good listener
The distorted mess is the X20 right? Im seriously asking because i debated about getting one of these 2 and i went with the Boom 2 Plus because i thought the X20 sounds too distorted. Like its loud yes but whats the point of being loud if the speaker itself cant handle it? Let me know your opinions on which you think is better.
If you keep eq undercontrol then it is fine

The W king doesn't distort that much, but it does bottom out, ill buy the Boom 2 plus on a good sale since it's pretty expensive for what it is. Plus, my LG XG9 gets delivered today, so i can see where it ranks in the Boombox lineup

@HAIYANEX9910 The worthy Boomboxes are as follows JBL Boombox 3 Wifi Edition,JBL Boombox 3, JBL Boombox 2,W King X20,Tribit StormBox Blast,Sony SRS-XG500,Sony ULT FIELD 7,Soundcore Boom Plus 2 ,Tronsmart Bang max The Harman Kardon Go Plus Play 3 and Jbl authentics 300 are not Boomboxes so I can count them.
Ahh, Speaker no handle on the top, no passive radiator on the sides, is not a Boombox speakers.

W-king killed Boom Plus 2. For sure. No axis speakers could defeat Allied speakers.
Well in loudness there is not that mich difference, but I was using bass mode which decrase loudness

It’s gonna be a speaker demolition. When using the W-KING X20 with the bass boost off, you’ll dramatically improve the clarity of the speaker.
Using the bass boost makes the mids & highs muddy, sounding dirty & disorganized. With it off & tuning the 10 band EQ appropriately, it sounds really good, even at max volume.
I can say these things because I own one myself.
if the muqi mq14 destroyed the boom 2 plus i wouldn’t want to know what wking would do to it
W king is amazing I prefer the soundcore because the design and lights but the wing sounds better
