Who didn't think climate change was going to be blamed?
The Chinese stole them all
Don't need to be a scientist to figure this one out, China , and Costco.
It's called China overfishing
I didn’t hear a scientist explain why
Y'all sure China's fishing boats wasn't over here like they are doing every other country
This is bull. Show me 10 billion snow crabs dead bodies. They can survive for months without eating and are cannibals and will eat their young and smaller crabs if they are hungry. They didn’t die they have just moved and haven’t been found yet. They aren’t finding miles and miles of dead crabs they just aren’t finding anything meaning the crabs are smarter than the people looking for them.
You would think billions of dead crabs would be noticed.
How completely UNINFORMATIVE.
Get ready for "Maybe they have all migrated to the other side of the flat earth."
I can affirm several dozen snow crabs have disappeared into my belly.
DRAGGERS DRAGGERS DRAGGERS IS THE PROBLEM ESPECIALLY BERING SEA
The crabs are still there, but have moved from the typical areas...zero chance anyone has searched the whole area of the oceans, to say "they're gone"...common sense is so lacking in today's world...could be multiple reasons for them to vacate to other areas of the oceans
So the crabs weren't overfished by the hundreds of millions, it was the temperature of the water going up 2°F. Got it.
That damn Sig Hansen caught all of them.
Don’t throw toothpicks in the toilet. The crabs are learning to pole vault.
It's really not that difficult to figure out, they use the magnetic poles to navigate the ocean floor and if you've been paying attention the poles have been dramatically moving.
Is their habitat living depth and diet so different from other crabs, that they alone have died off by the billions?
It’s really the gaps in the information. How much did the water temp actually rise?
These crabs are caught at a depth where temperatures change hardly at all from summer to winter.
