Employer hardly apply work permit for their employee because home affair department don't issue the work permit unless you can justify the job vacancy isnt easy to find local job applicant. As i know from My friend , she works in big4 audit firm, big 4 only hire valid permit ppl to work with them and they dont sponsor work permit or pr to any candidate. I mean those foreign graduate with any work permit.home affair dept will reject the work permit request from employer if the company dont intend to hire local in the first place. Then how ppl can apply job with valid work permit. However,some job still can successfully obtain work permit because of severe job shortage in aussie such as teacher, nurse,etc. Ielts 8 in all components are damn tough to non native speaker, ya did a great job and you earn 20points from the English component.i will say that it isnt many ppl as lucky as what y r. Let me correct you and make it clear: I submitted my application for subclass 189 skilled independent in Jan 2019, and received a fully granted PR in May 2019. (of course, as you said, I'm really grateful that it's been approved in such a prompt manner) NOT INVITATION, NOT TPR, NO SPONSOR. (I applied for PR with my BNO passport, some said British passport might ease the approval progress I'm not sure if it's true) and that's almost the time I received the offer from ANZ. They found my interview impressive and hence agreed to hire me before my PR is granted. Simple. You're complicating things with your long comments above. (too long did not read( what do you mean "You should be graduate (and it should be graduatED* wrong tense) from..." the grammar and sentence structure is weird. You're lucky to be able to grad from your phd and get state sponsor. Yet if you want to nail it you really need to work on your English. I also don't get what you meant by *you think* i "should receive pr application invitation" lemme tell ya never make assumption on people's life circumstances, especially in Australia. To be frank, the Canadian Federal Express English requirement is very high for most people that the CLB 9 and above are quite hard for HKers to get. Thus, most of the people will be around 430 to 450 which now only more than 460 will be selected.

Please do not mislead other Hong Konger who intend to migrate to the above countries. If Canada is good, why so many Hong Konger came back to Hong Kong to earn money after 1997. If you do not have sense of belonging to the countries you migrate, you better think carefully first.
Agree, language is very important that's why alot of them went back to Hong kong. However most of them came back now . It doesn't matter where you go .. you just need to tab into the mainstream society..

I've been Moldova on business trips a couple of times. Moldova has backend support services like accounting for AT&T, Verizon, and some cloud-based solutions. The IT help desk business typically goes to India. The country is still poor, so it may be easy to immigrate.
From Canada here just wanted to point out some real situations this video avoided/failed to mention: 1) it is highly difficult to maintain a life here if you are not smart/rich given the standards of living is 'high' (which is why so many more Chinese now). 2) Education is a joke until university - not easy at all like Asian ones. 3) very boring lifestyles, but very suitable for intellects. 4) EVERYTHING is taxable, while there may be tax write-offs at the end of the fiscal year but then again... 5) very different cultures, which means you have to be civilized mentally and physically, and this shouldn't require any elaborations. 6) the breakthrough of discrimination that people built no longer exists, thanks to the stereotype of certain race that made it real. Hence, it is not as easy as he said in the video to get a job even if you have a certain level of education. 7) If you can understand everything by now then good for you lol Hope this helps.
Asides from everything, lifestyle here is considered to be very boring if you come from another vibrant city. However, if you can get over that, life is stable and simple. Be prepared to share a great portion of your income with the government on taxes. Not ideal if you are in your 40s and up and looking for a job, unless you have experience working in foreign nations.

以我經驗，移民最重要是忍得，一定有看不過眼的事，但你又要同當地人相處，無論邊度都係，即使你們常說想移民去，話自由果度，都一樣，要忍受既嘢吾會少，有時什至會辛苦，會不時諗返香港人既好。另外，香港人性格係較接近西人，而非台湾和中國，相處後其實係差幾遠的，我會形容是十萬八千里。
其實去邊都要social, 唔係當地人，文化語言上一定要啲時間磨合，當地人排外就另一個問題

香港人已定居台灣分享
讀書後定居工作準備結婚，同想過黎台灣的香港人打定針，可以嘗試拎3個月簽證後住3個月再決定要不要移民，就算好近香港但起居習慣飲食等等完全不同。好多朋友都想移民台灣，但住左2星期已經完全頂唔順要翻香港。
黎到台灣一定要學機車同汽車，不然去邊都唔方便 (屋企有老人就可能要再諗諗) 。
年輕人黎到工作一定會覺得人工勁低，但如果有專業知識都可以有1萬港幣以上，當然物價都較低。

@@tanyachan7759 我在科隆，德國來講已經叫做第四大城市。但是城市規模不大，無高樓。公共交通比較方便，但設施陳舊，比較爛。火車常晚點。這裡的德國人沒有傳說中守規矩，衝紅燈不少，滿地煙蒂，到了週末很多人發酒瘋，酒瓶亂扔，晚上大聲喧嘩，到處隨地大小便，很噁心。德國人對華人有一定歧視，經常出現亞洲人租客被房東欺騙的事情。德國辦事效率較低，事情往往辦不妥，很拖拉，而且做壞了事情還不負責。我老闆感嘆，在德國，一個人的工作必須請2個人來做，因為一天到晚請病假和休假。怎麼說呢，來之前我在美國，覺得德國印象特別好
但是來了發現根本不是那麼回事。

@@c01150707 有難民，在街上可以看到一些。平日治安還可以，但是晚上盡量不上街。治安比美國大城市還是好一些。但是小偷小摸很多。我第一天搬家，在自己家樓下險些被偷包，後來追了回來，所有證件都在裡面。後來報警了也是白搭，警察也沒辦法抓到人，不了了之。基本所有亞洲人在我們這裡都被偷過，警察也沒辦法，就跟你說 Tut mir leid (愛莫能助)...

From Canada here just wanted to point out some real situations this video avoided/failed to mention: 1) it is highly difficult to maintain a life here if you are not smart/rich given the standards of living is 'high' (which is why so many more Chinese now). 2) Education is a joke until university - not easy at all like Asian ones. 3) very boring lifestyles, but very suitable for intellects. 4) EVERYTHING is taxable, while there may be tax write-offs at the end of the fiscal year but then again... 5) very different cultures, which means you have to be civilized mentally and physically, and this shouldn't require any elaborations. 6) the breakthrough of discrimination that people built no longer exists, thanks to the stereotype of certain race that made it real. Hence, it is not as easy as he said in the video to get a job even if you have a certain level of education. 7) If you can understand everything by now then good for you lol Hope this helps.
Asides from everything, lifestyle here is considered to be very boring if you come from another vibrant city. However, if you can get over that, life is stable and simple. Be prepared to share a great portion of your income with the government on taxes. Not ideal if you are in your 40s and up and looking for a job, unless you have experience working in foreign nations.
