There is no need to draw the edge between 2 and 36 and 3 and 36 according to the transitive property there is there is a relation between 2 and 36 and 3 and 36 ok
U can take any pair of vertices, if both least upper bound(l.u.b) and greatest lower bound(g.l.b) exists, then it is called a lattice otherwise it is not a lattice.
6 divides 12 ,12 divides 36 according to transitive property 6 also divides 36, hence with out drawing the edge between 6 and 36, according to the transitive property there is a relation between them with out explicitly specifying

Sir in hasse diagram we only delete transitive and reflexive relation then why we are not drawing the relation (2,36) or (3,36)???
There is no need to draw the edge between 2 and 36 and 3 and 36 according to the transitive property there is there is a relation between 2 and 36 and 3 and 36 ok
Okkay!
Thanku u sir
whokey👌
Sir comparable coverings rayala sir hasse diagram for abcd in exams lo msc first year sir
Not required, if you wrote no problem
Thankyouuu
Ok
Thank you so much
OK
Sir is this diagram a lattice or not?
U can take any pair of vertices, if both least upper bound(l.u.b) and greatest lower bound(g.l.b) exists, then it is called a lattice otherwise it is not a lattice.
ok
is it a lattice or not?
Yes it is a lattice because for every pair of elements LUB and GLB exist.
Can we draw this diagram in any way or like this only
But you draw with a particular shape, u do not draw with ur shape
Sir why we can't draw line from 6 to 36 from middle of upper bound hasse diagram 6 is also divisible by36?
6 divides 12 ,12 divides 36 according to transitive property 6 also divides 36, hence with out drawing the edge between 6 and 36, according to the transitive property there is a relation between them with out explicitly specifying
What if there is 1 instead of /
1 is not a relation where as / is the divisibility relation
Sir it is a lattice or not?
Yes it is a lattice for Every pair of elements both LUB and GLB exist
6 divides 36 but no edge
6 divides 12 and 12 divides 36 then 6 divides 36 according to transitive property, hence there is no need to the draw the edge between 6 and 36 ok
thank you sir
