"Every Trick In The Book" (2016), "The Silver Scream" (2018), "Welcome to Horrorwood" (2021), and underneath that is "Subliminal Messages" (?). Well.. I think this firmly puts those "INK isn't as heavy as they were" comments to rest. This is straight up Every Trick In The Book material. And looking at the track listing, I can predict 3 more songs that are going to be equally as heavy.
@@pseudo5821 _Take Your Pick ft Corpsegrinder_ and _The Box ft Brandon Saller & Ryan Kirby._ Both of those two songs have features that are known for some brutal vocals, and they're back to back, so it would make sense for the sake of the albums flow, for it to be two songs back to back that are heavy. Furthermore, I'd bet that _The Shower Scene_ will be pretty heavy too, because 1.) It's based off of Psycho and the iconic score from the shower scene would make for a brutal breakdown. 2.) Because it's sandwiched between _Assault & Batteries,_ and _Funeral Derangements._ So if you were to follow the same sentiment about album flow, you would have 3 varying degrees of heavy songs in a row, followed by two softer songs _(Rainy Day and Hip To Be Scared)_ followed by 2 more heavy songs that Ive already predicted.
I honestly never thought the day would come where they do one of the best horror movies in history and one of my favorites! You can only get so good before it literally doesn’t get better. There is everything in this song. And everything in this music video. I might have a new favorite ice nine kills song. No, I definitely do
I’m so glad this band exists, and I love seeing Spencer be able to make his own horror movie of sorts between all these music videos.

It also sounds like he's screaming "Gage!!"

Literall geniuses, Ice Nine Kills. The whole horror story behind the tracks they put, I just can't get over how well done it is.
this song is phenomenal from start to finish. Patrick is an unbelievably good but underrated drummer, the double bass patterns are wicked.

They say "behind those gates, eternal life awaits"
But those beyond the grave, come back beyond depraved
With church bells ringing, I'll start digging
Fast, they'll never know he's missing
Now the cat's back in his cage
"Oh my God, Gage!"
I'll see you on the other side
But I'd kill to bring you back tonight

But I won't heed the call

The fact that they had Josh Katz in this as an actor is incredible!! They need to do a colab with Badflower!
I ❤ Josh Katz! Yes to the colab!
Badflower and INK need to tour together!
That would be amazing!
Don’t forget Badflower had Spencer in the Don’t Hate Me video.
from don't hate me to funeral derangements collaboration 💖
This song (especially the chorus) gives me huge Motionless in White vibes, and I love it. I can only imagine a live duet performance with Spencer and Chris. That would be legendary.

Never gave this group a listen before. I decided to give em a chance today. All I have to say is DAMN this is some killer shit. Heavy but melodic and the production seems insane. I will definitely be checking out more from INK today!!!!!
My thoughts exactly. Same w me. I'd heard of them lots of times r seen suggested videos on my feed. I'm like wooaaa this is what I been missing out on
This is one of the BEST INK songs I've ever listened. I'm speechless.
Jesus christ this is amazing, pure masterpiece, heavy af and fitting Pet Sematary perfect. Cant wait to continue the story and listen to the album!
Dude I was thinking pet sematary the whole time!!
This song is literally the best one they've dropped for this new album! This whole album is going to be the best album to date. They always seem to surpass themselves and I cant wait to see this live!
I cant wait for the ending of this
The two lines "The flesh is living but the souls have spoiled" and "The wrath of god lays beneath this soil" just hits different 2:51 lets all thank INK for this masterpiece🔥🔥🔥
I'm surprised no one else seems to be talking about this. It gives me bit chills every time. The rigidity of his stance and the way he delivers those lines - it's just so *chefs kiss*
I thought it was "the breath of God lies beneath this soil" but wrath makes more sense
This music vide gives me "A little piece of heaven" vibes, AND I LOVE IT.
I like how they use both movies from 1989 and 2019 and some lines of the film ‘’sometimes dead is better’’ to make this astonishing music vid and song. INK knows how to deliver a masterful art.
It's hard to imagine what could be cooler in concept, music, and overall creativity than INK. The album has been on repeat since its release, and every song blows my mind! Spencer & Co. is a shining example when the right use of talent yields amazing results. Thank you!

I freaking love Pet Sematary, and this song absolutely slaps! Great to see James and Chelsea from Dead Meat, too. Great vid! 🖤🔥
I was scrolling through the comments to see if anyone else recognized them. Glad I'm not alone.
Not sure if anyone noticed, but on the chalk board on at 5:12, you can see 4 albums. "Every Trick In The Book" (2016), "The Silver Scream" (2018), "Welcome to Horrorwood" (2021), and underneath that is "Subliminal Messages" (?). Are they potentially teasing another EP or Album already? That's incredible. Also, this song is 10/10.
Lo siento pero no lo encuentro
no subliminal messages in this context is them trying to see if there’s anything in the songs that can pin spencer as the murderer for 100% certainly and charge him and throw him in jail

No clue how I've been sleeping on INK for so long! This entire album is *chef kiss* perfection.
Only discovered the band in August. 42 years old. Listen to hardly any new bands. Absolutely love them. Can’t wait to see them live.
As a 40 year old that discovered them last year, welcome fellow old person!
Well.. I think this firmly puts those "INK isn't as heavy as they were" comments to rest. This is straight up Every Trick In The Book material. And looking at the track listing, I can predict 3 more songs that are going to be equally as heavy.
I am curious which ones do you think and why?
