If so, could I just let my coalition partner attack me to take his land back, and then still have him in the coalition, or does attacking a coalition partner make it so you are not in the coalition anymore? (the reason this question is so specific is because this is happening to me right now in my current war. My ally lost all but one of his cities, so I am scrambling to save him, but want him in the end to regain his lost cities.)
The anti missiles will launch a counter attack every 10 minutes So if you trigger the first counter attack you have to destroy those anti missiles in those 10 minutes of reload

Cities produce based on their population and morale. If you make morale higher (i.e take it from 50% to 80%) production increases you can do that by completely destroying countries your at war with or making them have peace with you(or avoid wars) also building hospitals in a city does the same, if you increase population in a city the production will go up bunkers help with this. ' For flat rate % increase just add arms industries and airports and harbors the higher the level the better. And then annex cities if that's not enough
