*A lot has change about these two games since I made this video* (ie. Prey Day has added a lot more grind). Beta games experience lots of changes so the best way to know what is going on with these two games is to subscribe to a channel that covers both games... like this one! 😂😂
I picked up preyday survival a few weeks ago. I completely understand why you wouldn't want to make a video on a game like this, still i really miss guides of your channel's calibre. Can you do some sort of secret video covering the changes since you made the guides? A LOT has changed eversince.
After grinding for so long on ldoe there is no way I could pick up another similar game to start over again. I trust the devs of ldoe, even though they make a few mistakes here and there, but who doesn't. I'm a f2p player apart from the extra good resource deal that came out a few months back and I don't think it favours p2p players that much due to no steel cutter yet. I currently have over 400 steel plates ready to build a small secure base within my honeycomb layout. The only thing that would stop me playing ldoe is if I were raided for those steel plates, it's highly unlikely to happen though due to the amount of noise it would make getting to them. I love your ldoe videos and thought a good video would be a listing of how many of each item you can build as I am currently unaware of how many trunks I can put down and don't really want to waste 5 steel bars to find out I'm maxed already. Keep up the good work bud :)
ldoe has roamaning zombies,fast biters,floater bloaters,toxic spiters,toxic abamination,fanziened giant,savage giant, big one, witch,the blind one, miner,exploder,kramp and other ashy zombies. I am not able to type all of them. there are also many weapons. It,s hard and take time too comeplete all level.Oh! I forgot say about grey wolf,rabit wolf, alfa wolf, infected wolf and crawlers of infected forest. here are transpots like chopper. you have to build the chopper.In other hand there are more zombies like hungry chomper and zombie officer. I don,t know about all the zombies. every zombies have jis own special abilitt.And also there are weepe in motel.There are many place to loot like motel.gas station,farm,bunker alfa,bunker bravo,bunker romeo,bunkercharle and other pine or oak forest and limestone areas.
@@doge_69 to do anything in sector 7 you have to build the entry first and even then you have to grind from the beginning... And without a clan you can't do much, like making planks or stone blocks.. And no, players in farm zones aren't real players, never. And bases aren't from real players, too.
I dont even understand how people say that LDoE is laggy. Im running it on the samsung note 8 and ive never had lag. [UNLESS you put to many doors in your house]
I find one area that is very grindy is research. Takes allot to unlock something and so to unlock everything will take a while. I think unless prey day adds something similar to bunkers or dungeon that my interest will wain over time.
You can just do quests, they give you a lot of RP. LDOE on the other hand, it’s a disaster to play; many many months of grinding only to get a vehicle that only adds the ability to travel faster at a bad cost and the ability to get copper, steel and aluminum at a stupidly slow and expensive rate. I’ll give you some credit with the grinding in Prey Day, it is hard in some areas.

@JD MC prey day has many things that LDoE doesn't and it's not p2w. Also, keep in mind that original game is getting worse and worse. In Prey Day you don't nees motorcycle, base, you have multiplayer and bosses, quests, no energy bar
Last day on earth is not p2w game i played the game for two months and now i have two lockers in bunker alfa full of guns and about 10 swat sets and finalized the chopper and i have all the workbenches and my base is pretty good 😍it's the best survival game ever❤and i love your channel keep the good work bro❤👍👍

With multiplayer, gotta go with prey day survival. Last day on earth is taking to long to release multiplayer. The more time they take, the more players they'll lose. However, once multiplayer comes on last day on earth, much more people will go on it.
They lost me cause I'm now playing prey day ever since 6 months and I already am level 41 and have large house meaning even when multiplayer comes to last day on Earth I won't still come back
From the point of view of someone who also played LDOE when it first came up and until recently, PDS makes the gameplay a lot more fun, and you can trade for items you want instead of getting a random shotgun or something like that. Hopefully there will be more server balance in prey day survival
prey day was just released so id expect them to make more servers to other countries like the game just got its first update and the better thing actually in the same day they made another update to fix the bugs while ldoe devs take alot of time to release bug fixes
So to clarify grimsoul was not originally owned by kefir. Kefir purchased grimsoul. Point being LDOE never had story and said many times in there releases that story lines were not something they wanted to do grimsoul and prey day started with cannon material to create a story. Second prey day has no energy bars so you could play for hours with out burning money to refill energy unlike LDOE. And prey day does have a in game store 2 patches ago
It's important to note that prey day is a very new game and it has a lot of content but LDOE is already 1year in beta..I played LDOE before but at one point it became a daily grind and it was boring and prey day suits me better in that regard

It’s a cycle, for profit companies end up appeasing to the paying customer base. This doesn’t necessarily make the game better. A complex storyline requires an acceptance risk, “complaints”. I mean the urinating cinematic has been censured here in Brasil, certainly appeasing some weird conservative Latin value. But is just my opinion, good work JCF!!!!
Jcf ur good at explaining things. I have an something to tell that ur wrong about. It is on armor. Yes prey day has armors that easier to craft than ldoe but tier 1 n 2 can be recycable in ldoe. Honestly , because of that i save a lot of tactical and swat.
Prey day is hella fun. I also like the fact that they don't have an energy system and you can basically go any where any time without having to wait. I just hope they add a ragdoll effect or work on the animation on the zombies or whatever lol
I enjoyed your comparison but it is better to compare current feature of both games rather than current version of one to future versions of LDOE. That way we are comparing apples to apples

For the F2P friendliness point: Kefir added the real P2P stuff in the game after like 9 months from the release of the game i believe so there's always a good chance that prey day might just add something like that as well in the future

I am completely playing LDOE without spending money,but I have sewing machines and I can craft machetes every time I wanted to, this is my 2nd time playing this game, once in my phone but lags, now using andriod OS. watching your TIPS, 2 weeks made me finalize my chopper. now working on unlocking OAK zone and sector 7 and like you, I'm busy too(school teacher here). That being said, still a HUMONGOUS shout out to you for letting me find this game.(side note: 100% not a hacker, I don't even do wall tricks doing bunker A. can I join your LDOE clan?) let me know the soonest.
I may have to add that the settings option in prey day is much more customisable than ldoe with much options!.... Travel system is unique with reset timers to regular zones, no crafting (external) etc... Hope this helps :)
It frustrates me how LDOE occasionally hints at a storyline (like the promo vid with the person turning into a zombie and then walking towards a city or small things in bunker alfa) but won't go all the way with any story elements.
Any game is better than ldoe. You have people, like myself who StILL doesn’t have a chopper! And for me it’s been over 7 months which is so ridiculous. And this bunker alpha crap is so old and stale and wastes a lot of guns over time. I have spent a pretty penny too, but I don’t expect anything for that. After 7 months of doing the same thing over again is just plain stupid. And these updates that are supposed to come out I think will take forever. I’m really glad you posted this vid because I will be leaving this game and going to the other. At least that game is is done to the point where as this one you don’t have to keep waiting months and months just to do one new thing. And if you need a chopper to do it, well then you’re beat. I like your vids and appreciate the time you spend helping out other players. Thanks.

I think they should bring back the old bunker system when its more easier to farm for the chopper because Im already lvl 87 and I still dont have the chopper gas tank and the raiding system back then is more logical than today
Probably prey day is made by kefir? And they probably use prey day to test their server compatibility and the company also from russia. Probably part of the project I guess?

There are another game just like ldoe ,it is called Westland survival . The graphics, gameplays just like grim soul and ldoe but no zombies just outlaws . U guys should check it out lol
while I play ldoe I agree that pray day is currently more fun to play but I still have hope that kefir will make the game balanced in the future. The past 3-4 updates if ldoe have shown exactly that.
Ldoe is really good but from what im seeing in this video prey days zones look more interesting and provide more and u can engage more in them,ldoe zones arent that big tbh
Prey Day seems way better from what I just saw now in terms of user friendly and progress ingame compared to LDOE which is most likely pay to win unless you play freaking lot ( oh yeah energy refill is a problem too) and the rates of finding parts are yeah, fucked up specially that gas tank
In ldoe the player pvp will be a lot more enjoiable because of the skills, wheapon costumization (that will be soon in the game) . What I want to say is that the players will be a lot diffrent and the fightmania won’t be just toching the shoot and heal button .
LDOE is definitely a grind and I am not a pay to win person,but LDOE have more potential at the end of the day and prey day will probably be a game to play until LDOE makes multiplayer easy access. (I play LDOE frequently and have pretty good idea of the game.)
LDOE is a nice game but the greediness goes too far... I was killed while the map was loading, getting back to a location, obviously I’ve lost my loot. I’ve got killed in one shot from toxic spitters, I’ve lost my loot obviously.... AI’s behave in unbeatable mode sometime, just to make sure you loose your loot and spend some cash. I did gave around 80$ in buying crates and shit, I thought I could get the desired items, but nope, you get a lottery system for the crate you bought, and usually you get lower end shit, so they force you to go through the lottery crate thing again...
You forgot about the energy. Theres no energy in preyday that makes me want to play prey day. Pds have cities in it and ldoe have forest. Pds maps is larger the farther you go = more loot.... PDS is only been up for 2 months compare to ldoe and they have a lot of features

Wait a minute? You have chooper (motor) in last day on earth but what you have in prey day survival
The only reason last day on earth is lagging its because you have high graphics. But if you put low graphics it will run smooth as hell

I think they should bring back the old bunker system when its more easier to farm for the chopper because Im already lvl 87 and I still dont have the chopper gas tank and the raiding system back then is more logical than today

There are another game just like ldoe ,it is called Westland survival . The graphics, gameplays just like grim soul and ldoe but no zombies just outlaws . U guys should check it out lol
while I play ldoe I agree that pray day is currently more fun to play but I still have hope that kefir will make the game balanced in the future. The past 3-4 updates if ldoe have shown exactly that.

Ldoe is really good but from what im seeing in this video prey days zones look more interesting and provide more and u can engage more in them,ldoe zones arent that big tbh
Prey Day seems way better from what I just saw now in terms of user friendly and progress ingame compared to LDOE which is most likely pay to win unless you play freaking lot ( oh yeah energy refill is a problem too) and the rates of finding parts are yeah, fucked up specially that gas tank

In ldoe the player pvp will be a lot more enjoiable because of the skills, wheapon costumization (that will be soon in the game) . What I want to say is that the players will be a lot diffrent and the fightmania won’t be just toching the shoot and heal button .
Ldoe doesn't have a story line yet because they don't have everything yet
LDOE is definitely a grind and I am not a pay to win person,but LDOE have more potential at the end of the day and prey day will probably be a game to play until LDOE makes multiplayer easy access. (I play LDOE frequently and have pretty good idea of the game.)

LDOE is a nice game but the greediness goes too far... I was killed while the map was loading, getting back to a location, obviously I’ve lost my loot.
I’ve got killed in one shot from toxic spitters, I’ve lost my loot obviously....
AI’s behave in unbeatable mode sometime, just to make sure you loose your loot and spend some cash.
I did gave around 80$ in buying crates and shit, I thought I could get the desired items, but nope, you get a lottery system for the crate you bought, and usually you get lower end shit, so they force you to go through the lottery crate thing again...
So which should I play ?

You forgot about the energy. Theres no energy in preyday that makes me want to play prey day. Pds have cities in it and ldoe have forest. Pds maps is larger the farther you go = more loot.... PDS is only been up for 2 months compare to ldoe and they have a lot of features
