Has that shelter been tested by 3rd parties to withstand over 250mph winds and being hit by flying 2x4's. 3/8 anchor bolts are a bit small for a shelter you want to withstand EF5 tornado in. I would advise people to shop around and look at metal thickness and size of anchor bolts being used.

Yes, this has been tested, rated and approved by third parties to withstand a EF5, 2x4 at 250 mph winds was actually part of the testing
What about weight of an object like roof trusses or car impacts?
Roof don't look like it's rain proof with the center seem.
