That’s Christian Yu lol aka DPR Ian, he is a part of the DPR crew he has produced a lot of videos for a lot of artists ( Jay Park, sik-k, and honestly the list is long lol) There’s DPR Ian which is Christian here and another guy that goes by DPR live ( real name Dabin), he is more of a rapper while Christian is more of a singer and produces every video. They’re an independent duo and making everything by themselves. Before that Christian was the leader of the group C-clown ( and was called Rome) a whiiiile ago. Christian is a really close friend of CL and some idols too. He looks like a bad boy but Christian is pretty soft and really nice. Him and CL were rumored to be together around this project but apparently they close friends we will never know lol
