      thanks! Have several things in progress, problem is I get easily distracted and jump from one thing to another... at the moment got some stuff on imaging of sinonasal, temporal bone and pituitary pathology; something in spinal cord lesions, and somthing very basic on interpretation of head CT for radiology newbies. Knowing me, chances are the next update might be none of those and something complete else ;)

      And just to prove my own point: about five minutes after writing this reply I started working on something about Pineal Gland Cysts...

      There is little valuable learning material in the literature regarding vascular neuroimaging, including aneurysms (your cases would be irreplaceable here), AVMs and other vascular lesions. Moreover, focal changes in the skull are a very interesting topic - they rarely receive much attention, including metastates, primary growth changes, and developmental anomalies. These are my loose thoughts and suggestions for interesting, valuable topics. Your appearances have a very high scientific value and it would be great if you continued your lecture activity on YT. Regards
