Yes, Qayaam means standing in prayers (Namaz) after midnight. It is also called Tahajjud. It was made mandatory for Prophet (saw) after 5 daily prayers.
73:17 - ‘Bacche budhey ho jaaye gey’ - a distressing day is described as being 'a day that makes the forelocks of children turn grey', which is [usually] understood figuratively. Allah knows the best.
Qayaam literally means standing position during namaz. So its not specific for tahajud time. Ap jab bhi koi namaz prhtay hain jis me ap kharay ho duain prhtay hain like fateha etc usay qayam hi kehtay hain. Phir ruku hota hay phir sajda

Zakaat is not taxes. Its compulsory charity by every earning muslim. Its not at all like tax. Its given to help others.

Surah Muzammil was revealed in early days of revelation of Quran, when Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) use to pray a lot.. His feet use to swell while standing for long in Namaz(Qayam).
At that time Allah released pressure from his Prophet and said to him, i will myself see the disbelievers, u and ur comapnions may not get disheart..
Allah also called Prophet Muhammad(PBUH), Muzammil, it means covered with Chadar( blanket), and thats Allah's love for him. Instead of taking name "Muhammad" Allah use the word "Muzammil"

Bhai zakat means giving charity, helping the poor. Don't misunderstand it as paying taxes😊😊
Zaka is also a form of tax .. which govt can collect from you u cannot say no to it.
Yes here Zakat means voluntary Charity. As this is the Surah from first Nabawi and obligatory Zakat was not made compulsory on Muslims.
Zakat pays only rich muslims
But tax pays everyone even a very poor person having not proper source of income let say 17 RS on a single tissue packet
There is no concept of tax in Islam. In Islam constitution only collect Zakat Sadqa fitrana from rich Muslims one time in a year which is very low rate that is 2.5 only

Tahajjud k time dua boht qabool hoti hai
The Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) used to pray whole night. So Allah revealed the first 4 ayat to say that you don't need to pray whole night. You also need to rest.
