I am Ayisha. 17 yr ol bio student from srilanka. I reverted to islam when I was 15... I wish I could have a quran like that. But I don't know to recite. But i pray and do zhikr and Isthighfar🥹💗✨ Allhamdhullilla for being a Muslim🥺💝
Salam sister. I just wanted to let you know that it is very risky to keep perfumes , room fresheners beside lit candles as these are highly flammable. Take care
I hope that Arab Muslims will adhere to their religion and may God strengthen all Muslims throughout the world, God willing.....Your sister is from Egypt (the country of the Pharaohs)😊💗💗💗
I was asking: Do you hear the call to prayer in foreign countries in order to pray, and do you not pray from a specific application because there is no call to prayer?
That was narrated to us by Al-Qasim bin Dinar Al-Kufi (who said): “Ishaq bin Mansur narrated to us, from Isra’il” with this (Another chain) Bilal narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Hold fast to Qiyam al-Lail, for it is the practice of the righteous before you, and indeed Qiyam al-Lail is a means of nearness to Allah, a means of prevention from sin, an expiation for bad deeds, and a barrier for the body against disease.” Can someone plss help me out? So isha prayer time is at 23:30 (11:30pm). Fajr prayer time is at 03:30(am). So you should perform or its best to perform Tahajjud on one third of the night. I did my calculations and that would be 01:00(am). Now i don’t go to bed at 11:30 (obviously), having to pray my salah and getting ready to go to sleep, it will probably be later then 12pm by then. That would mean i wouldn’t even have enough time, for sure not an hour until Tahajjud to sleep. And it’s hard on me because it’s a tight sleep schedule. I wake up at 1, pray tahajjud and again i will only have probably 2 hours of sleep or less depending on how fast i’ll fall asleep until fajr. Two times waking up in the middle of the night and two times waking up with barely any sleep. For example now, it’s summer break so after praying fajr i go to bed and can wake up at any time that i want. I wake up at 11 am-12 pm btw. Because i don’t have school and i go pretty late to bed since isha prayer is at 11:30 pm. But when my summer break is over, i have to pray magrib and isha together, i have no other choice but to combine the two prayers because i can’t stay till isha adhan. So i will sleep a little earlier, yes. But i still have to wake up for school at 7. And waking up two times in the middle of the night aint it for me! I already have a hard time waking up in the morning at 7 because i feel so tired just with praying fajr. And i could take the weekends for tahajjud prayer days, at least i can only take saterday, but still again my sleep schedule would be messed up waking up two times in the middle of the night, and you know i gotta prioritize my sleep schedule. Sleeping late and waking up late on weekends is literally what i do, but it’s soooo bad because on weekdays i have to wake up early and my sleep schedule is just all over the place. Anways, i really wanna pray tahajjud. I feel like waking up at 1, going back to sleep and waking up at 3 is gonna mess up my body. So should i just wait until fajr time is later and not at 03:30 am, or should i just pray tahajjud for the sake of Allah? You know, the fajr prayer time isn’t changing at all, for months now it has stayed at 03:30 so idk what to do. Its hard… 😕
Sisy plssssssss can you write dates of days on your videos plssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss😌😮💨 Cause I need 2024 years vlog I hope you will.🙂😇
Asalamu alikum sister, I am neet aspirant I need to study till 12 or 1 am and sometimes I wake up early and pray Tahajud and sometimes it's hard to wake up for me can you tell me something so i can wake up also and pray Tahajud and plz pray for me also 🤲
Assalam alikum, i wanna follow this ruitne but i dont know when to sleep when to wake up, if i follow it ill be sleepy all day and if i sleep in day i cant sleep at night
If you want to wake up at 5am I prefer to go to sleep around 10pm so that I get eight hours of sleep and I make sure I’m off any screen two hours before sleep. Also try not to eat too much right before bed otherwise your body will be spending energy on digesting the food as well as other things that will cause some problems if you sleep just after eating although you may not notice it! Another thing is that if you don’t find it possible to go to bed at 10 you can try maybe 11 this is what works for me too as isha is very late now so I still have time to pray. If you do sleep at 11pm-5am this will mean you have 7 hours of sleep so I make sure to have a nap between Dhuhr and asr which is what the prophet pbuh also did! I try to get all my school work or chores done before this time so that when I sleep and wake up I’ll be all fresh to do other personal tasks like working on a project or going for a walk. This is because when you take a nap you help to reset your brains bandwidth (Mental bandwidth is the moment-to-moment amount of brain resources that each person possesses. Like time and physical energy, there is a limit to the amount of mental bandwidth we have available. When we exhaust our physical energy, we become tired, more prone to injury, and less physically productive.) something that can also exhaust this is scrolling on your phone first thing in the morning because it’s so much information at once it just sucks up so much of that mental energy we have for taking information and storing it. This is why if you’re going to scroll it’s better to do it later in the day when your bandwidth is already mostly used up so scrolling won’t be making much difference to that. Try not to do this right before bed though as not only the blue lights will effect your brains production of melatonin which is the hormone that helps you to go sleep but also the intake of information from scrolling and the dopamine produced from scrolling will cause you to find sleep harder because dopamine is the hormone that will drive you to do more (this is why it’s so hard to stop scrolling sometimes even if we know we aren’t necessarily learning anything or enjoying it). If the dopamine hormone goes unsatisfied it’ll be harder for you to sleep due to the motivation and need for movement and more it produces. Try not to work out 2 hours before you sleep because this will create adrenaline which will make you feel energised and harder for you to shut your brain off to sleep. I hope this helped sorry if it took too long❤
