3 TYPES OF GUYS TO STAY AWAY FROM 1. The pusher: A guy who pressures 2. The two-face: A guy who is one person when he's with you and a completely different person when he's around other people 3. The blamer: A guy who's not responsible
I prayed to God for an answer last night about this person I'm dating but unofficial with. Your channel came up, and I truly never see any Christian channels in my suggestions. You're such a blessing! Thank you for your honesty and valuable advice Emily 😊🌼
my biological father is all three. he is/was very abusive both mentally and physically. he is very manipulative. definitely stay away from the types of men, she mentioned.
You literally just listed the three types of guys I've been in a serious relationships with...in order... :) Thank you for sharing this great advice! You're 100% right and this was a huge encouragement!
Great video Emily. NOTE : One of the WORST things about the pusher is that if you marry one & have kids, he will SUCK THE LIFE & SOUL OUT OF YOUR KIDS & MAKE THEM INSECURE AND MISERABLE. He is bad for you, girl. But he's even WORSE for any children you might produce. Want an unhappy marriage and possibly a divorce, then the pusher is for you ! BEWARE
I have only watched a few videos on your channel, but I love it! I think I said this in a prior comment but I really believe God is using your videos to show me what a real and healthy relationship is. I have never dated but I have been on dates. I talked to a guy on the phone once that was a pusher. The conversation went way too far too fast. But when we went to that level. I stuck to my guns. I was proud of myself for that.
From the relevant videos I’ve seen about dating men and women they both seem to fall in the same place. In simple terms: stay away from self-absorbed, selfish people if you want a REAL relationship. It’s a two way street, from the beginning- you’re relationships feel lopsided? Just know the selfish person doesn’t ask that last question I wrote as long as their needs are met. So if you’re asking yourself that question from a selfless, caring way. Congrats! Your partner doesn’t care enough about you, good luck!
Have you ever done a video about widowers? You seem very intelligent, and me mentioning this is probably pointless, but I am talking about a man with a wife who passed.
This helped me a lot. I'm seriously considering breaking things off with a guy I'm currently seeing because number one he seems to have a drinking problem that he thinks is no big deal, secondly he has all of his exes Choice names and I don't like that because they said that normally that means that there are not actually over them and that if they do that too their ex chances are they're going to do it to you when you break up and thirdly he's living at home at 35 years old because he claims that his son is autistic and so he needs to stay there. Yes his son has Asperger's but I don't see why he should need to stay at home because of that. This guy to me as spelling loser with a capital l. What do you guys think? What would you do in my situation? I mean he treats me really good but I have my life together and I really feel like he's not on my level and I'm starting to wonder should I be patient and let him get some of the stuff done that he says he wants to get done or should I just nope out of the relationship? I mean we just started dating a couple of weeks ago but we've known each other for about 3 months now.
Hi Krista!! I'm only 17 and have never been in a relationship, but from what i understand its probably best to date guys you would consider marrying, and if you plan on having children, keeping what their future could be like in mind. If the guy has a drinking problem, you might want to watch your step because people who get drunk can be violent and aggressive, which could be a danger to you and to any children you may have (now or in future). If he appears to be secretive or hiding anything from you, or something about him seems strange or confusing, he could be a bit dangerous. hope this helps and God bless you!!! :)
it's weird cause I always talk about dating when I go to college or being a certain person, like telling people I'm going to do this or that (not that dramatic) and well in reality I really mean the opposite or I know what I'm going to do, and probs wouldn't even do the things I say. I guess it's my personality & how I am (out-going and entertaining) since I already have my morals & goals in life. but anyways I feel like God made me come across these videos on purpose to show & to make sure I'm on his path and that I'm not going to go off etc. ❤️

If there is a way to be healthily sassy in the holiest way GIRLLL YOU HAVE MASTERED IT
Ironically, the same goes for people in general.

For me personally, the first thing I look for in a person is if he's a Christian or not.

Krista Shinn leave him. Yall are at different points in yalls lives and he will only drag you down, especially with that drinking problem.
