Btw Anthony if you list sounds/effects in demuth, there's pretty much
-Inward bass (I guess he edited that part and maybe he suppressed the inward bass too so it sounds like a dino)
-Lip roll
-Vortex whistle (very hard to learn and it's his originality)
-Liquid bass (I think the sound effects are made by him too)
-I forgot what's that bass that from your neck that sounds like a "eehn"

He did another BBX International shout-out called Angra that's similar. Both those routines to me sound like the musical equivalent of like The Exorcism movie or something like that. Like I just get images of trying to fight demons and the fact that it conjures those images so strongly speaks volumes to how well constructed these songs are

You were actually pretty accurate with him battling the demon. I think I saw somewhere that he wrote the whole concept is that there's the demon inside of him that he's fighting for control over himself with. And the song is supposed to take you through the journey of the battles and ups and downs and final triumph

well, if you wanna learn that specific pattern with the hi hats, the first two are from a sound that's made from sticking your tongue out and sucking the air while putting it back inside. the third one is actually what you were doing, an inward "peh" hi hat, and the last is just a simple outward hi hat, but hollowing your throat while doing it (just like when you yawn and the thing on your throat goes down to hollow it).

ok so... the part at 3:11. this is a completely different style of music but I'd highly recommend reacting to "Immortal Disfigurement - Dragged through the inferno" basically around 2:30 minute mark... the vocalist does a weird rolled growl kind of sound and it sounds similar to what azel does... it's actually insane. I'm a big metal guy but I love watching the insanity of beatboxers and the stuff they do with their voices. a lot of the throat techniques in beatbox are also used in metal. we get most of our primary lower scream/growls from the core throat bass sound and manipulating it slightly. if you see alex terrible do his vocals, he has probably the lowest most gutteral and powerful growls in the metal scene and he is literal satan himself... if you think that sound azel made was summoning a demon... you haven't seen alex terribles lows... hahaha, i'd recommend his song called viking. or even the video of will ramos getting a laryngoscopy. camera to see his vocal cords while he does his sounds I think you will be amazed.

Not for sure where "Demuth" came from, possibly a take on the word demon(?), but there is an "Angra Mainyu" associated with Zoroastrianism, representing the evil or destructive spirit that opposes good, and there are "Keres" in Greek mythology that were female spirits (goddesses of violent death and doom).
