Zess T. wishes to acquire a legendary cooking book by Maitre Delish, but it's not sold a stores...but a copy from some weirdo who lived at Creepy Steeple (Doopliss?) is rumored to be there.
Said book is found in a secret room through the main room of the spire. Right next after entering through the entrance, use Tube Mode to slip through a hole on the wall and access the secret room with the Cookbook and several other goodies.
Deliver the book to Zess T. so that you can unlock the ability to cook two items at once, which no doubt has far more priority than just cooking an item at a time.
