    I really love the relationship of Michy and Tiffanie. They are like the best definition of best friends and best enemies. They always disturb and annoy the heck out of one another but when 1 gets into trouble, the other always will back each other up. Its so heart warming to see this kind of relationship going on. I really hope it nvr ever ends.

    There is actually no need to force change if you have a circadian rhythm that is not normal compared to the general population as long as it does not disrupt your daily function or clashes with your work schedule. So long as you get 7-9 hours of sleep for every 24-hour day cycle, you should be fine.

      Jayden Ooi Honestly I tried the same method to reset my body clock as well and in the end I did get my normal sleep schedule back but the process was just torture I kept tripping and was easily triggered because I was so sleepy and my head hurts the whole time

    我的個人紀錄是將近50個小時沒睡覺。(失業的時候閒置在住處看劇、看動漫綜藝什麼的)
    因為獨居,沒人管我,我覺得自己身體臭了就去洗澡,洗完澡繼續看劇,肚子餓隨便找東西吃。
    也沒硬撐不睡,我本身不也喝咖啡,就不知道哪裡來的精神一直醒著😂當下其實滿佩服自己的,然後告訴自己,想睡再睡吧
    到後來累了知道自己該去睡了,只大概知道自己是下午五點左右躺上床,再次睜眼的時候看時間是下午一點,當下有點傻眼,原來自己睡了整整20小時,這20小時我沒吃東西(這看冰箱食物就可以肯定,我沒夢遊起床吃)、沒上廁所(又或者其實我有上但沒知覺)後來起床沒幾分鐘,發現肚子真的空到會不舒服,於是我就開始爆食。
    不過我發現這樣對我有一個很大的影響,除了膚況明顯變差之外(黑眼圈有變重,皮膚有點蠟黃暗沉)腦袋昏昏沉沉像宿醉一樣精神很不好,反應都慢半拍,手也感覺沒什麼力,彎個腰撿東西就眼花。
    而且在我爆吃完東西後沒幾個小時,我又忍不住睡了(雖然沒睡很久)
    我那次真的有嚇到,那幾天我的身體跟精神狀況因為這樣變差不少。從此之後再也不敢嘗試這麼久沒睡覺,即使不想睡也會閉目養神
    有的人可能說,喔我搞不好熬那麼久就沒問題啊!我也要試試什麼的,我建議是最好不要啦,如果像我一樣身體抗議了真的得不償失!更何況我感受到的只是外在還有有知覺的不舒服,體內的器官受到我不知道的傷害肯定更嚴重,何況有一些器官是辛苦工作的,強迫他們加班是一件很不好的事!
    總之,該睡覺就好好睡吧!不要學😂

    It's true, last time Malaysia just started MCO and my job was temporarily stopped for 1 month. I sleep at 9am wake at 4pm and skin condition of my face is terrible. Then now I can start work with SOP way, i started sleep at 2am and wake at 12pm or sometimes 12am to 10am. My skin just get back smooth.
    In my understanding, messed up body clock will causes imbalance hormone, high blood pressure, toxic accumulate.

    我因為長期失眠,就算我46小時不睡覺,有時候還是感覺很興奮不會感覺很累or想睡覺。還是要靠著安眠藥才可以去睡覺。但是有時候真的很羨慕像你們一樣的姐妹情😭

    听说不管你睡多少次或多久的觉,都补不回少睡的一个晚上,(就是说少睡一个晚上,不管睡多久都补不回来了),所以不要为了拍片而伤害了自己的身体,不然我们会心疼的,加油❤️

    姐姐們 希望你們能 早點睡覺 也辛苦了 72個小時 不睡覺真的很難 而且看到你們想睡的樣子 都感覺 自己的精神也快崩潰了 到最後雖然沒有完成72個小時不睡覺 但是你們 也體驗了 72個小時不睡覺是不可能的事, 兩位姐姐看到你們兩個視頻 我很高興 但希望你們不要再挑戰不睡覺了 因為真的太危險了萬一做出不該做的事情 就毀了 你們一半的人生 所以兩位姐姐 加油 一起對抗夜貓

    所以早上中午的時候
    會狂消耗自己的體力
    讓自己晚上睡覺比較好入睡
    可是
    過沒多久
    我漸漸發現
    我身體的一些部位
    開始有了疼痛...
    原來是消耗過度阿~

    人體 24小時不睡覺 眼睛會開始疲勞 進入第48小時時候 腦袋運作能力開始下降 當進入第72小時 眼睛看出去的東西會開始漂浮 , 然而進入第 96小時看東西會開始呈現幻覺 , 物品會分裂語言組織思考能力會完全斷裂 , 然後 然後就睡找了 .... - - 這是距離一年前分手時候的經驗

    曾经挑战过3天3夜不睡真的成功了但是脸上的皮肤质量永远已回不去了而且身体也越变越差...尤其是稍微迟睡,整个人变得不像样了~所以没事最好别挑战多久不休息之类的因为每个人都不知道自己身体隐藏了什么危险的信息...

    I think I can do this because I can't sleep everyday as my bed very uncomfortable which make me just lye at my bed for a few hours then can sleep.

    body clock 并不是一定是要11点睡早上8点起来。这很看个人的习惯的。睡觉的时间也不定要是准准8小时。你只要睡得好,起床够精神,不影响你的生活作息,其实你要早上8点睡也是ok的

    我忘记我从哪里看来的,反正是那钟专家讲的其实白天睡觉晚上精神是没有问题的,常常换来换去才是会导致健康状况,还有不睡觉。我也很苦恼我几时才可以早睡早起啊啊啊

    I am an air crew. My bioclock is always messed up. When I return to Singapore, my sure-work method of resetting bioclock is to 延后 sleep time, cos generally it's easier to sleep later instead of sleep early. Let say now I sleep at 6am / wake up 4pm (DAY 0), i will keep pushing it, 10am-8pm, 2pm-12am, 6pm-4am and eventually 10pm-8am (DAY 4 - normal aka "acclimatized" in technical lingo).
    Dont necessarily have to follow above timings. Some people can do 12pm-12am on DAY 1, then by DAY 2 normal already (very efficient adjustment)

    我之前為了調回生理時鐘試過24小時不睡 早上都昏昏沉沉的 結果晚上一到精神就來了 完全睡不著....

    I tried not to sleep for 30hours before and it's really super exhausted!!! I had to do so because that time I had my exam and I couldn't find anybody to replace my part time weekend promoter job. So I spent whole night to study, and continued to work after exam T.T Zzz
    If you wish to adjust back your body clock, you may try this way: sleep at 6am (ur usual bedtime) but wake up at 9am or 10am. It will gives you "some energy" but your body will still feel tired at night. Try not to play phone before sleep, just on some bedtime music... Hope you have a good rest!!!

    我的皮肤一直都很缺水不好。。用很多牌子的面膜都不行 可是看到你们的皮肤有大大的补水就好喜欢😍希望可以得到你们送的面膜😍

    我现在都是早上8 9点睡 晚上8 9 点 才起 其实熬夜不可怕 可怕的是熬夜后没有休息够 正常人睡觉不超8小时是对身体不好的 不管几点睡, 所以这里提倡各位让家人在你熬夜干活后给你好好睡觉 不要开灯(开灯会影响褪黑素) 酱才可以避免更容易猝死 一定要睡满睡够

    你們不要再做這些會傷害身體的事情了但是他哭了真的讓我很心碎大家一定要好好照顧自己的身體希望你們能加油厲害更美麗漂亮但是還是要顧好自己的身體不要太晚睡不要為了拍片把自己累倒所以加油且不要讓自己痛苦家負擔開加油:)
