I have had trouble with returns at Wayfair. Once the color was not right. Customer service made me take a pic of the spread in the room and determined the color was fine. Not kidding. Also, YOU pay for shipping return.
I've just made the last purchase EVER from Wayfair! Ordered 3 items. One was not as described, returned and yes, had to pay for it. The second was a wreath and it fell apart one week after being up so I repaired on my own. Third was a 3 drawer dresser that had defective parts and I had to wait for 2 separate shipments in order to assemble. All is resolved now, but I'll NEVER again buy from Wayfair. Best of luck to others who do. : )

I personally am very appreciative of you sharing and showing us how to put it all together.. I can only imagine all the work, time & thought that goes into your videos, it shows.
