Simple yet appertising.The concluding tip of adding the whipped egg gradually whilst simultaneously stirring the broth is something new to me. At the time of gradually adding the beaten egg should the broth be bubbling hot ?. Could we: a) add Rice noodles and if so, at what stage of the cooking process so that the noodles infuse some of its final taste ? and b) is it tastier to eat Soup the next day or ought it be eaten immediately after preparation ?
