I liked the cat, and I liked the power level of the decks. It was slow enough that we got to see most of the decks do a little bit of what they’re good at :)

Hi there! So you start the game with 40 life in commander, but you can gain life beyond 40 for sure. If there is an effect in the game that gains you life, you just add it to your life total and that's that! So if I have a life link creature that deals 2 damage to an opponent while I have 40 life, I'd go to 42 life and all is good :)
