It’s becuase she did the same thing when she was younger. When she made her monkey bomb as a kid and it made that huge explosion that killed her friends and family. Jinx knew that if isha shot that gun it was going to explode and isha was gonna die. But jinx didn’t want that and was trying to stop isha.

She didn’t make hextech, she just utilised an already existing hextech gemstone and figured out how to use it
