- 10 k subs guys, you're awesome :D
I wanted to make a video for the 10,000 subscribers mark, but honestly I didn't think we'd reach it so fast and I had already finished this one, so I guess I might as well publish it before doing the one for 10k.

The first one hits:
Me: "Ah this one kinda sucks."
Second torpedo hits:
Me: "Oh god its beautiful"
That was a hydrogen tank exploding though
"attach them there like big ass plungers."
Yeah, I couldn't keep a straight face with that comment. I imagine a ship with a launcher firing these things painted up as plungers.
XKCD-37 feels relevant
That's horrifying, I'll take 20
I’ll take 50
How to make it?
Thoughts:
1. Pod racer turbines
2. Plunger the underside of a base on struts and cut the supports
Yes perfect
Every time I see a new major jon video my first thought is.
“Cool. New combat meta.”
Now i wanna see a full on clang drive highjacker
Locate ship>Attach to it> Activate drive> Ship get's yeeted into space>Type :YOINK: in chat
This is the scariest weapon ive seen in se
This is literally that experimental piezoelectric quartz drive that an old guy made for space propulsion
Anything that has “clang” and is a weapon is terrifying.
And is mostly far too expensive to be used in most contexts
@@rowbot5555 @Rowbot 555 This one actually seems quite cheap, the most expensive thing there would be the warhead.
And it did considerable damage without it going off.
@@tassiedevil3 see the third word of my original comment for my thoughts
@@rowbot5555 Yeah, most of the clang weapons usually are, I was just stating that compared to others this one's quite cheap and quite small for that matter.
Video of clang drive missiles...
And immediately I want clang drive tugs and drop pods. Lol.
2:59 it doesn't look much, but imagine how difficult it would be to fly that ship while something's pushing it 50 m/s
Hehehehe, Imagine all the trolling that can be done with this!
if only I could come up with a way to deploy torpedoes that would survive impact and then just fire their engine full burn to disrupt an opponents maneuvering (obviously it would get rapidly diminishing returns the larger the opponents ship gets, but even a small disruption to an opponents maneuverability can expose them to a a volley of fire they may have otherwise avoided. might be a case of needing a staged impact. Initial impact breaks a designated section, then a reinforced magnetic plate area follows it up for the actual attachment. Sadly I don't think I can engineer my way out of Space Engineer clang. You can only utilize the clang
they need to add MAGNETS BITCH
In the years 2222, as killing in the war got canceled in the metaverse, engineers had to come up with different ways to win battles
Major Ton is litterally Desinc's second cousin but for Space Engineers
(Desinc is a Famous Half Life 2 RUclipsr who's litterally know anything about hl2 engine xD)
Would be fine, make for them assembly room for survival use :)
You never disappoint.

yes please!
by any ans, but I can make what I envision, and that's the greatest gift to . You are, without a doubt, an expert teacher. You may
All Hail Mekhane!
All Hail The Omnissiah!
Thy Clangdom Cometh!
i need the blueprint so i may somehow make a factory to connect them
in reality, i also may need to edit it so it tracks targets too, camera and custom wit da gyro
you have a pleasant voice, you could do asmr or like audio book readings or something!
Amazing
Dude low key made stealth mortars
could a turret controller be used to make it guided?
Not unless you want to deal with the horrendous process of printing + attaching subgrids
@@EchoNovemberDelter just get the subgrid print mod
@@shahbazfawbush average pc user
Just wait until suction cup man hear about these plungers.
do you think these could be used to power massive ships tho?
Nice!
Prolly wouldn't take much to make those homing, just needs a gyro and an a couple AI blocks.
Horrific, and probably a war crime. Clang be praised.
i just see people stealing ships from safe zones with these
This have potential as artillery too :)
That is a cheese drive
what you can do is make a balistic missile that uses klang to get out of orbite and then it detatches the clang module and uses ion or hydrogen thrusters to guide itself
Please make a video explaining clang drives, i cant seem to make working drives
now use that thing with a speed limit remover, i want to see it work and reach over mach 2 in mere seconds
Remember it does better agianst ships that already operate with their own clang drive.
*Hits with big explosion*
Thats kinda weak Warhead probably didnt go
Me: HUH?
*GIANT EXPLOSION* OHHH
I'll take your entire stock!
Oh good, nukes are back
imagine playing pvp and someone shoots a missle at you that has function like the last missles in the video but more powerful and they just stop you from being able to control your ship.
could you 'turbo' a large ship this way?
Anyone know the name of the blueprint for the ship at the end?
IT'S REALY WORKED THANKS LOL/
what is the script would like to set some up to screw around or pls do make video to show how it works
It's this script:
steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1958861776
I've never uploaded this small grid version of clang drive, so you'll have to experiment a bit to make it work. The script is pretty chill, just put the right blocks in the right order and it will recognize it, but you'll have to try how much mass to put into it.
@@MajorJon sweet thank you ill have some gun dinking around with this
Gonk >:]
now make a giant ship use clang drive as main propultion
I actually know how these ones work rotor displacement right it's the same concept I use is my cannons
Mass shift drive, and an MJ patent too
But how does it work? Any specific settings we need to set?
You sound remarkably similar to DeSinc.
How is it made?
Ok, where's the video showing how this works?
He said it's a clang drive. Script rapidly shifts cargo back and forth through the rotors and increases/decreases the rotor offsets to push/pull against that cargo's mass. It's a really fast inchworm.
shut up and take my money!
What's the script you use for the clang drive?
Its not a script, its using the power of the god of Clang.
What are clang drives?
It's glitch powered
@@DreamingInSlowMotion Oh ok thank you
an elegant weapon for a more civilized age...
I'm pretty sure it works by moving an item between 2 storage containers with rotors between them. Item starts in 1 container, rotors extend (and push against the 1st full container), item gets moved to the 2nd container, rotors retract (pulling against the 2nd full container), item gets moved back to the 1st container, repeat. Because moving items doesn't push the ship in-world, but changing the rotor length does, the ship is constantly being pushed/pulled towards the 2nd container
toturial?
Could u add to mod io
OHDEARGODWHATHAVEYOUDONE
Only if it didn't need a Script :(
Music is too loud compared to your voice I can't hear you well 😬
20 I’ll take 1000 uwu
Good luck to print it with subgrids, this technology not optimized and how u planning to load containers? With hands? (Cringe lol)
?????
@@RoundBaguette this is useless, i mean u cant use it normally in survival and pvp servers
@@JukeTheNecron why not?
@@JimJamTheAdmin because:
1) how u planning to load containers?
2) print every time with hands(slow welding not good for pvp technology)
3) gatling turrets easy destroy this and custom turrets too
4) low damage (in video explode hydrogen tanks, not this torpedo)
@@JukeTheNecron maybe they could work as a defense system. Idk anything about this game. but I do own it. what server are you on? you sound like you know a lot about the game. I'd like to be on a server with lots of experienced players to help me out
Script less, please. Then I a take 2k of them
