I just noticed that in orb origin saga, when Gai turn into Orb for the first time, he was small and had a moment to think and finally grow bigger. It really shows that he is new at being an ultraman and kinda funny to me
Maybe it's because the bemstar is bigger than the gai fight one before so gai he had to grow his normal giant size(if that's the one you talking about)
