@@Zigerond so that's a no,thank you. Weight training is one tiny part of a workout. Hell gymnastics is also a part of a proper workout. Cross fit is a solid way to get a quick roundup of all those parts. Is it for everyone's needs or wants,no. But to shit on cross fit shows you know little about working out.
