Today we are going over the best controller settings you should use to have good aim in XDefiant. Whether you are on PS5, XBOX or playikng controller on PC these XDefiant tips are going to help you stay consistent and hit your shots.

Used these setting on with an Xbox Elite controller on PC and I could tell a huge duffrence right away.
I dont know but something feels off with mouse and keyboard maybe its the latency issues or something but something just feels off 🤷

see, i have a different mentality to the vertical sens, right now theres a bug that locks aim from being able to move upwards when aim assist is active, so i raised my vertical higher and found it to feel much better and it makes recoil feel none existent as i dont even feel like i have to pull down at all because of how sensitive it is
as for the Accel multiplier, this is disabled anytime aim assist is active, so if you have it on 2x for example, it will automatically slow down and turn off as you get over a target, meaning if you want to, you can use 2x with a high horizontal and not be hindered by it

no lie... i went from minus KDA to plus, but it seems there's something i would change regarding the acceleration and ADS maybe crank it up a bit

Can someone please tell me if the ADS sensitivity Multiplier (Low Zoom) is the same as Controller Aim Look Sensitivity Factor and the (High Zoom) is the same as Controller Aim Scope Look Sensitivity Factor? All the videos i see it says Low and High zoom not what I’m looking at on the PS5….

@@Metso-ateco lmfao, there’s ingame button layouts that allow you to do the same thing as anybody using said controllers, this has been a thing for years now, ‘Bumper Jumper Tactical’ in COD, in this game i believe it’s called ‘Skill Thumb Brawler’

What about dead zone for a controller with stick drift on both sticks?
Increase your dead zone until the drift barely affects you

Modern cross-play servers (non-switchable\hard-forced) are "modern cancer" in games. Controller players have such an advanced "assistance" that is becomes a legal cheat when it comes to anywhere above average play (e.g. mid to high rank). The best proof is that all "pro gamers" and streamers nowadays have PC and controller setup... (probably, streamers also have VPN for bot lobbies, lol).
So videos like this always disappoint me a lot
No matter what your skill is, you just being outplayed by any noob\kido with controller.. and the higher you get by your rank, the more distance is between you and your enemies. And you end up wondering if the problem is with you, as a 30-40yo man that just wants to relax after work and can't bear through all these toxic unplayable lobbies...

My Horizontal is 48 vertical 39 I use linear acceleration 155 controller aim sensitivity was 58 75 for AimScope

Aiming isn’t the problem. It’s the dammmm hit markers
This only applies to horizontal recoil bro.. vertical sens also affects the ads sens. If you lower your vert too much. You cant adjust for vertical recoil in ads

Hey man just came across this video. When I first started playing my aim was all over the show lol and it was almost like i have never even played a fps game, I have played a lot if Call of Duty (started with black ops 3) my aim isnt perfect but I'm not exactly a shit shot either. I changed some of these settings and now I'm doing way better than I was before turned out that acceleration multiplier was my issue now the game feels normal while aiming lol. Thanks man! 😎👍
Hi, I'm a Battlefield player (since BF1). One thing I noticed in XDefiant is that when ADS I dont have the freedom in aiming just like in Battlefields. Same is in COD. I play battlefields with high sensivity (stick 100 and ads sens 80) I use just slowdown aim assist in battlefields. In this game aiming is sluggish in compare to Bf1, BF5 or 2042.
Just doesn't play that well on consoles. Xbox series X here have good internet and elite series 2 controller but I'm still on TV and east coast so with central servers is spotty . PCs are crushing us with like 9ping and 300fps 😅😅 still been some fun but man hit reg is 😢 literally times I'll get like 10 12 hit makers on someone from behind and do no damage only for them to turn around and peel my Wig 😅 some lobbys are pretty good and some are pretty bad. Been rocking full 120fov 60 on both sticks with .60 on the ads and s curve as well. I'll totally try out lowering the virt to 40or45. For sniping i like 0 and 0 for all other guns i like 0 AA and -2 on Follow Helps a lot tracking People There is literally times your radical can be right on someone And all your bullet Just spray all around them😂😂😂 👌💪 dropped a sub

The horizontal and vertical sensitivity only affects non ads camera doesn’t it ? How does it affect your ads aim?
No the horizontal and vertical sens also affects ADS sense. The ADS sens option just increases the multiplier of the ADS sens
