Gasoline in the washer reservoir? Now why didn't I think of doing that! LOL!
Those are by far the worst clips you showed yet
my god those poor cars... thats cruelty. i want to call the cops on them
I "NEVER" fail to be amazed by people's stupidity, and how some Americans are willing to drive "literal Deathtraps"
The bag of fish food are people idiots or just to lazy to see what is going on
One might think that with labor being in the 3 figure per hour range, a little more basic knowledge, basic care and most of all basic respect for a vehicle might be worth the effort. There are stupid people and there are poor people but sadly, the results look the same.
That elk noise was so on point. I love customer noise complaints.
The accuracy tho 😂
ruclips.net/video/aQweoH5pfFo/видео.html Hehe
Haha those are the best
I thought the sound would be waaayyy off. I was wrong.
I had to have some front shocks replaced. I described it as "squeaky bed springs" 😅
Whenever I feel dumb regarding anything automotive, watching these videos instantly makes me feel smarter.
Same lmao
Some of these make me feel like a master mechanic.

YES!
Might not entirely know what im doing but at least i know not to put hand sanitizer in the oil
It's terrifying knowing that some of these people share the road with us
or vote
I can understand if the repair goes up into the thousands and you can’t afford it at this time, but when they take it to a garage, and it needs a new wheel or break or something affordable, and they refuse to fix it, why did they bring it to the garage in the first place? Did they expect a free repair?
@@alphagt62 They think it's something simple and cheap then realize they're broke and their meth high is wearing off.
can you please explain how in the hell are americans so ignorant and uneducated and stupid? i can't believe my eyes sometimes
And vote.
Only thing I miss about working on cars is the pure comedy that often follows "customer states" 🤣🤣🤣
5 years without an oil change !! I'm impressed that ANY vehicle could last that long.
I had a friend who bought a 1984 Toyota pickup truck brand new. A few months after he died in 2002, his wife asked me if I knew where to get an oil change. I told her where I went, assuming her husband had handled oil changes previously and just hadn't told her. Come to find out the truck hadn't had a single oil change the entire time they owned it. After the shop cleaned the engine out as best as they could, I was shocked that it actually ran for another 2 years before finally needing a new engine.
@@VidClips858 Toyota
Any non japanese vehicle*
I do 2000 miles a year in 5 year that is only 10,000 miles The oil should last that long.
@@tonysheerness2427 should still be changing it at least once a year, 6 months if you can. just because you are not driving it much doesnt mean contaminants dont get into the oil
The amount of videos I see with brand new vehicles that never go and get oil changes astonishes me these vehicles are not cheap
A lot of people see owning a car as just the monthly payments, they don’t think too hard about the down payment etc.
I'm not surprised.
A friend of mine was the manager of a jiffulube, and he always brags about how they ripped off many of their return customers with new cars by not changing their oil or not doing the other unnecessary services that they up sold to their gullible customers .
All these shady antics were pushed by the shop owner, they even had a grift bonus plan, so it was a competition between them.
The logic was that if the car is leased, it will be the next owner's problem, never mind all the other countless stupid mistakes his unexperienced "automotive techs" did to customer's cars.
Moral to the story, don't be lazy, change your own oil, it takes all of 15 minutes, and you'll know that it's done , and done right .
Plus a lot of the vehicle manufacturers recommend not to service the automatic transmission. Bugger that, it's got a removable pan & a filter, I'm gunna service it.
@@Tony.Technics.1200s this is exactly why i do my own vehicle maintenance. So i know it actually gets done
Takes a little bit longer than 15 minutes to do a oil change on my new car I have a plastic cover that covers the entire bottom of my car that I have to remove first
1:06 it improved fuel mileage alright. Can't burn gas if your car is broke
And it works even AFTER it was removed, as a seized engine does not burn fuel either!
I had a conversation/argument with one of my brother's friends about fuel vapour systems. Absolute ignorance to the actuality of what's occurring and what the engine wants.
After some moronic sidestepping and beating around the bush, the crux of his argument is that gasoline vapour is more volatile than petrol, therefore running the car on vapour is more efficient. His expression when I asked him why he thought higher volatility was a good thing when additives are added to fuel in order to make it _less volatile_ was pretty good, ngl, and the concepts of both energy density & requirement for O2 was just completely lost on him.
My brother's friend is _not_ a smart guy. Same guy regaled me with his plan to build a generator that runs a motor that runs the generator, but assured me it'd work because he'd use a generator that puts out more power than the motor needs to run. GeNiUs.
@@masondegaulle5731 He probably plans to buy an electric car, and put a generator on each wheel to recharge the battery........ whilst not going downhill......
Well it can't burn gas but it also doesn't make any miles, so fuel mileage is still poor.
@@Ismalith that’s a minor drawback… I’m sure the designer is working on it! 😁
That last video at 8:55, I thought he was about to cut the axle, as a repair couldn't get any trashier.😄
Love the ones where the ' strange noise when I hit the brakes ' or similar complaint is a kid toy in the back seat or in the trunk.
I dearly want to test the anti-airbag deployment steel plate, Mythbusters style. There is a lot of kinetic energy released, and I'm not sure where it would go in that case.
Is that what it was? B-because the faulty airbag might be dangerous? I was genuinely contemplating if it might be some sort of strange suicide device
4:30 you can literally see it in the reflection..
These people walk next to you, they drive next to you, and worst of all they vote next to you.
8:27 you sound like trying to hold of laughter or a biiig sigh^^
5:12 Oh No The Emergency “Air-Baguette” Went Off!!!!! 😂😂😂
I will never get tired of the customer descriptions of a noise.
7:30 😹😹better safe than sorry 😹😹😹
It amazes me how often "customer declined repairs" on some of the worst problems. Of course I don't know what the customer was quoted.
That customer thinks they are being ripped off and/or dumb enough to realilize it that they're not.
I do feel bad for some of these customers with the choices they make when repairing or not repairing their vehicles . Alot of these vehicles are in such a state of chaos i can only imagine what choices they make when it comes to house repairs except neglecting your cars needs affect everyone else who chooses to share the roads with them and sometimes unknowingly ..
I’m sure a lot of them would fix their vehicles if they could afford to.
@@Sashazur And i think that is the main issue and why i feel bad , alot of these issues we see stem from a lack of money and resources . We sometimes are critical of these customers that are driving a car in disrepair but we have no idea what turmoil they have in their lives that have led to them to being famous even if its for a few seconds in a RUclips video
@@waynesbutler7834quite insightful sir, thanks 👍🙏. too bad indeed that it affects all of us ... driving is my passion and nowadays I'm sometimes afraid to exit my driveway 😢.
@@forestghost7 Thanks my friend , my comments dont always hit the mark but i did second guess the one i left here . We are quick to judge and i am one who does alot of judging but i need to more sensitive to the problems some customers have but like you said and i agree that when you share the roads with these cars that should not be there we all should be critical from time to tine , it my life as well as theirs . Have a great day
If you have employees pay them what they're worth, if you have properties don't just jack up the rent because you can, and we can all help each other out of situations like this
That Kia made such a good elk impression that my dog started looking for it.
That last one made me laugh. Thought he was gonna cut the shaft lol
and now imagine how all these people (cant call them drivers) share the same road with you driving 90mph
Thats why i love scandinavia, if the vehicle is deemed unsafe by the mechanic it wont be allowed back on the road and have to be towed away 😂
6:02
That air freshener knew what he was doing, look at that face!
Those airbags are powerful enough to throw that metal plate in your face.
Watching just rolled in makes me happy to live in Germany where vehicles are due to regular safety inspections. Going 150mph on the Autobahn simply is more fun wehen you don't fear hitting a lost motor block from the soulseller in front of you.
The more I watch these the more I respect the patience of good mechanics and the less I wanna become a mechanic 😂😂
Home in the wall to get the axel out. Genius!!! 😁😂
The half of a baguette thing... animals tend to leave food under hood. I've have pieces of bread there a couple of times, but that one time I've found a dead bird without it's head takes the cake.
Never before discovering this channel have I ever heard of someone putting a wheel on backwards, but here it seems to be a staple
I always get neck pain from watching these videos because im just shaking my head the ENTIRE TIME.
Mechanics should have the right to stop the people who didn’t want work done on their car if it is dangerous. Like there is some crazy dangerous stuff that people deny service to and then they drive off in that car
The forrest gump windshield wiper was genius.
That was a good one. Compression fittings just cant deal with brake line pressures!
Ahh yes, the infamous random hole in the wall. Been there 😆 🤣
05:40 Who did that to the door!? Fucking Animals, break the window!
I can't watch this all in one go. I have to pause and give myself a rest before continuing.
I just saw the car at 5:37 in another video! It was at a car auction, and apparently had not sold for the last couple of weeks.
These are always amazing , but DAMN !
@6:00 in all fairness, that is the stupidest placement for a parking brake. I have one on my jeep and accidentally knock it all the time
Never did an oil change in 5 years of owning a car? Man, my jaw dropped to the floor when i heard this
And I think I’m bad for only occasionally only bringing my car in for a oil change once a year. But never would I have done 5
@@itsmxtwist thats bad too but 5? Thats insanity
That forest gump windscreen wiper had me rollin.
I drive a 1981 T-Bird. 5.0L that
I've had over 10 years.
It required a lot of repairs in the first couple years.
BUT
Now it's just a matter of maintenance.
Definitely easier to fix the wall than put it back together and moving it, lucky it was plasterboard! 😂😂
Let’s be honest, I ain’t fixing the window that sounds like a machine gun.
I’m using that on the highway till the motor burns out🤣
Great Best of. Thanks
What blows my mind is that the customer is allowed to leave the shop with a car that is a living death trap, to not only the driver but also everybody else on the road.
Yes, this scares me too
The steel plate over the steering wheel is probably safer then a defective airbag anyway 😂
Love that someone threw a baguette in there
Probably a rodent dragged it in there.
Thank you. So very much
I laughed all the way through!😂
Cut hole in the wall ...loved it

Love you're videos , keep ' em coming
My old Lincoln MKVII 5.0HO took 10w40 … never thought I’d drive a coupe that took 10w40 lol; great car; miss it.
Great job on the compilation video ! Lots of folks need to be reschooled on how to take care of a car.
I have seen a few odd things with people and there cars. But some of these Y'all find I can't even imagine being done !
Thanks for sharing these awesome videos with everyone to enjoy. ✌️❤️🙏
Sanitizing the crankshaft helps eliminate sludge buildup.
I honestly have no idea what they were trying to accomplish with that
Dude was a literal genius with the thicker oil, yeah thicker when cold. but not when hot, he should have thrown some 15w50 or 10w60 in there
videos like this are why I strayed away from being a mechanic. I work on my own stuff, but I hate how stupid people can be
I love how people who have 0 clue about handyman jobs do stuff to their cars without any knowledge and thinking
10/10
When I bought my lightly used car myself and the dealership employee had a puzzled stare when I found a sandwich under the hood.
Omg that plate over the airbag is sooo dangerous. Nobody wants to get hit with an airbag for no reason but it’s better than the gruesome bloodbath that the metal plate would cause when the airbag turns it into a projectile or frag grenade. If you’ve never detonated an airbag for fun in the back yard, you really should. You’d have a lot more respect for how powerful they are.
5:10 the half a baguette though 🤨
What kind of ppl do these kinds of work to cars!!!😂
Yes I remember most of these. 👍
that aqua chevy looks like one that got totalled in KC last week.
When a tweaker becomes a diy mechanic! That's the only conclusion I got
What scares and amazes me is that prior to appearing on these videos, these cars are being operated on the same roads that I am also on.
I love it the marks on the roof are from a boats prop simply laughable. What's that Forrest Gump saying about stupid.
The guy with the gear oil in the ram💀💀💀
7:30 how does one come to conclusion that this is safe
How are cars with critical issues that need to be repaired even allowed to legally leave a shop? A mechanic could find a customer who has no ability to break yet they can just say "Ah that's fine, who needs breaks anyway, lol"
Enjoy your respite! See you soon
There's some smart ones out there.
I'm always amazed.
yeaaaah, i've done that last one at least once
7:09 is a homemade hydrogen generator if I didn’t know any better.
😂 so many stupid people but the air bag shield with bolts sticking out was crazy
There is a Chewbacca I the chat..😂
Hey mechanics, just look at this as job security. lol
hAHAHAHA - you guys must shake your head a lot.
Truly concerning bits to me are th ones where "The customer declined all repairs, and drove the car away. " Yikes! 🤯
My old boss told me once… If common sense was common everybody would have some.
The pancakes at time stamp 7:10 were made using the batter at 5:28 and 5:45.
The "son-in-law" should be charged with attempted murder.
The shifter issue with the emergency brake that means that the customer should stop driving altogether
Still amazed people don't realize you need to change the oil every few thousand miles lol
Hey just recently discovered this channel and is awesome!
Also can you perhaps provide more info about what happened to that zc33s? I have the same car and I would hate to have a leak like that that floods the whole interior.
Thanks! Can you timestamp the spot of which clip? Then I'll be able to remember easier.
wow didnt expect a reply!
Clip is the one with the Suzuki swift sport 5:17 - 5:22. If I have to guess they might have tried to install a mod and pierced somehow the engine bay and the windshield wiper fluid so now the water goes through when they hit the brake but idk.
Thx in advance if you figure something out. And imma subscribe I definitely want to watch more of this stuff :)@@JustRolledIn
And I feel stupid for using an overrated fuse 😂✌️ ♥
Driver POV, you can see that they were moving their hand in the corner
I have a 2004 Mazda 3 Hatchback and both rear windows sound like an A10 Warthog due to the window regulators being bad.😅
My windshield keeps catching on fire!
Wow these are hilarious and lots of fun I feel sorry for the guys who have to deal with the customers who think they're right. At least I dealt with high end customers with high-end car so they pretty much did nothing to the car and always let the shop take care of everything.
Dude clearly paid a pretty penny for those wheel spacers. Big money rolling by right there.
Good one....lol
Well played, I see what you did there...
Dad is that you???
Well, he thought it made " cents" at the time
Those pennies sure are pretty.
"sounds like an elk"Sometimes the customer descriptions are hilariously spot on!. The one with the solar panel never gets old .
"Sounds like Chewbacca" didn't even NEED to be stated
I want to go over that insurance company referred to at 6:16. Do you know the name? I mean if they paid for that then they'll cover anything.
Some people don't understand that "deferred maintenance" on a vehicle is never a good thing.
Pay me now or pay me a lot more later.
@@pauldavis9387a lesson learnt with my first car. I deferred the oil change and it was already pretty low... a seized engine is what i got.
I dont postopone maintenance nowadays and never has any car of mine ran low on oil again.
@@pauldavis9387is that a threat
@@Pizzafan622 It happens either way cars don't make threats when it fails it fails. It's reality
I've got a funny one that just happened to me this week. On the long weekend, I kept hearing somebody laying on their car horn day and night, every few hours for a few days. They would start beeping the horn over and over, or just hold it down for 5-10 seconds even at 3am. I was about to start walking around the neighbourhood at night too see who was being such an ass to confront them. Then I realized it was MY car when I took it out and it kept randomly beeping hahaha. I take it in tomorrow, so I'll see what it is.
One of our neighbors kept having their car beep the horn over and over for about 2-3 minutes at random. Turns out something in her purse was pressing against the lock/unlock button on the fob and her grand daughter would carry her purse around sometimes when playing dress up. The jostling was making something in the purse hit the fob. lol
