I think Hitman 3 has the best levels, none of the levels are bad (except kinda Romania but it doesn't really count) but the other 2 games have some bad and some great levels, Hitman 3 is consistently good. Bad Hitman 1 Levels: Bangkok (small, unvaried level with a mediocre setting and questionable level design choices) Colorado (no open area, too many badly place enforcers, non-public area means you can't scout out the surroundings without trespassing) Bad Hitman 2 Levels: Santa Fortuna (too big for its own good, targets too far away, 'compound' area of the map, the mansion that doesn't have enough ways to infiltrate and too heavily guarded) Hitman 3 is the most varied of the trilogy, Berlin has a completely different opening and objective that also lets you skip past it and instantly see targets on repeat playthroughs if you wish. Chonqing has an awesome ending that is also skippable for repeat playthroughs and carpathian mountains while not having great replay value still shakes things up and is a great ending to the story of Hitman, the only reason why it gets so much hate is that it was in place of the 6th mission, I just wish we could have gotten a true 6th mission with the train sequence at the end of it.
