Very useful demo - thanks. We are a CSP with multiple customers supported using Azure Lighthouse for access. Can we use Automize in this scenario, to automate tasks across many customer environments?

If you use this can you create a flow in servicenow to create user accounts with custom fields? The standard integration hub version has limited variables to fill
I would like know if we create a catalog item in service now, where it receive the inputs from end users as request submitted in service now for adding a user into a group in azure and then later user should be added into that particular group automatically in azure, is it possible.
Yes, this is possible. With the Automation App we bundle templates for managing both Active Directory as well as Azure Active Directory. These includes managing users as well as groups and group memberships.
To have a catalog item starting of an automation process is a common a approach and gives you a clean and easy way of capturing user input.
