Thats what I am trying to understand is how to actually setup the station. I have the studio, the gear and the room but trying to understand what gear I need to get started with the actual broadcasting even if its just Talk Radio to get started.

This is a bloody waste of time. How about quitting the spin-doctoring. It's not hard to set up an internet radio station. Microphone, mixer, PC with Mic Input and some s/w. Done. Thank you.
